  1. Absolutely awful. Stupid wax babies. "So what world is this?"
  2. "TAKE US TO THIS LORD RAHIL!" Elan says. This was a really bad idea. He sent.
  3. "THEN WHOSE CHOICE WAS IT?!" Elan looks at Aventine. "THIS IS MY WIFE!" He shouts, "GODDESS OF OFF-BRAND BARBIE DOLLS AND ALSO OF FOLIAGE! LOOK UPON HER IN FEAR!" Elan casts an illusion to make Aventine look more goddess-like.
  4. I am unpredictable! "OUTLAWED?! ME?! IS THAT A THREAT?! MY SEAT OF POWER SHALL NEVER FALL! IT IS THE SKY AND THE EARTH, THE WAX BABIES AND THE WAX BABIES!!! YOU CANNOT SURVIVE WITHOUT I!!!" A dozen bolts of lightning come down and strike the earth in a circle around the three guards.
  5. The sword passes through The Being's arm, which re-connects after the slice. The blade is left dripping, no with the Essence, but away as the essence, melting away. The grip, however, loosens, and Tal is able to pull his arm away. "Insolent IDIOTS. There is nothing that can stop Infinity!" The Being flings a hand out, and a strange weapon, long with two spiked sides like a harpoon, a hollow area in the center, appears in his hand. He points it towards the boulder and it is sliced in half, smashing into the walls, all made of Essence now, and melting away. "I don't have intestines, feeble entity." "I AM LORD ELANTORIX, GOD OF THUNDER AND LITTLE WAX BABIES! BOW DOWN BEFORE ME!" Elan says. His voice is deep and booming, and as he speaks the skies turn grey and begin crackling, his eyes glowing white, and he starts to float upwards off the ground.
  6. The grip is tight, however, and his arm begins to feel like it’s burning as its matter is slowly consumed, turned into Essence. “Because all is of me and all is mine.”
  7. “I cannot. Your soul will be mine.” The liquid continues trying to creep up her arm.
  8. Elan looks over. “Or I could pretend to be a god of their pantheon.”
  9. "What is happening. We don't have time. He's probably already started."
  10. "You stabbed my bed." Elan said, still not quite understanding what had happened as he glanced around.
  11. Elan's eyes widened as he disappeared. "What-" He says, shocked.
  12. "I don't want you dead." Elan says, hugging Aventine tight. The guilt still hurts him inside. "I... I'll try and help."
  13. "You'll die no matter what." Elan groans. "There isn't anything you can do."
  14. Elan took a sharp, short intake of breath, stiffening. "Yes."
  15. "I sold them. I let him HAVE THOSE LIVES, let him DESTROY ENTIRE UNIVERSES just to try and be safe, to get him to leave me alone, I should have just died, I used INNOCENT PEOPLE as BARGAINING CHIPS." "I don't know... in the clinic somewhere... demon... formal... accented... oily black..." Elan says, not looking Pic in the eyes.
  16. Elan winces. "It... wasn't just once." He said.
  17. Elan's eyes fill with fear. And pain. I deserve this. He should just kill me. "A thing. From somewhere else. The Realm of Infinity. It was connected to my original world I accidentally set him free I thought he was good he got the medallion he killed everyone destroyed everything it all joined his realm everywhere I go he follows and destroys I thought I would be safe here I'm not he's come you're all going to die and it's all my fault."
  18. Elan wriggles away, his insides burning with guilt. He doesn't deserve love, especially not at a time like now. "Yes. No. I don't know."
  19. Elan throws the covers off of himself. "I said WHY COULDN'T HE JUST KILL YOU!" He lets out a moan and tries to pull his blankets back over himself. "Just leave me alone..."
  20. "Why couldn't he just kill you... why..." Elan's voice was muffled, wreathed in guilt and pain. He was still crying.
  21. Elan huddled in his bed, hearing the voices outside. Don't come in. Please don't come in. He thought to himself. Confrontation was the worst part. He hid under his blankets, wrapping himself up. The door had been left unlocked in the hurry, so the group was able to enter with ease. @Spark of Hope @Cash67 @Exotic Almond
  22. The Being growled, a horrible, metallic screech. "You, little one, will DIE SOMEDAY." He hissed, his accented voice harsh and poignant. At that point the entire floor was made of Essence and Tal was nearly completely enveloped.
  23. The room around The Being began to turn into Essence, melting into him. He didn't grow, however, it just flowed in and seemed to disappear.
  24. The Being hesitated, only for a second. An energy suddenly flowed through him and he began, very very very slowly, to eat away at the soul's block. All shall return.
