  1. There's a mention of golden hair people in TLM so very likely scadrial is the 5th land. Lumar is probably the 6th, also regarding Sel there was a theory that the iriali are the ones that built Elantris which would work somewhat with your theory which would be pretty cool. Overall good theorizing.

  2. Forger (paraphrased)

Is Nightblood and Azure's sword made of the same material?

    Brandon Sanderson (paraphrased)

    Not anymore.

    Forger (paraphrased)

Is Nightblood made of a normal metal?

    Brandon Sanderson (paraphrased)

    It is not.

    Forger (paraphrased)

    Is he made of Dragonsteel?

    Brandon Sanderson (paraphrased)

    Good question. He is not.

Is this implying that Nightblood is made out of God metal?

  3. I'm rereading OB and I was reading the vision of Arhtiam and the stormfather says this: HE FINALLY BROKE, the Stormfather said. HE HAS JOINED THE NINE, WHO STILL LIVE. IN THESE MILLENNIA NONE HAVE EVER DIED AND RETURNED TO DAMNATION, BUT IT DOESN’T MATTER AS IT ONCE DID. We know he is lying from the SA5 prologue and why would he unless it's 2 different creatures? Thoughts?

  4. I was just rereading secret history and got to the chapter where hoid meets kelseir and is riding on a body he names Spanky. I was thinking who's or what kind of creature it is when I got the idea that maybe it was the Inquisitors body that was dropped in the Well it was also mentioned that it was wearing a white robe we know that Inquisitors wear Grey robes but maybe for there funeral it's a white one.

Happy to hear what everyone thinks.

  5. Just saw that they add this in the project update:

All his life, Sixth of the Dusk has been a traditional trapper of Aviar—the supernatural birds his people bond with—on the deadly island of Patji. Then one fateful night he propels his people into a race to modernize before they can be conquered by the Ones Above, invaders from the stars who want to exploit the Aviar.

But it’s a race they’re losing, and Dusk fears his people will lose themselves in the effort. When a chance comes to sail into the expanse of the emberdark beyond a mystical portal, Dusk sets off to find his people’s salvation with only a canoe, his birds, and all the grit and canniness of a Patji trapper.

Elsewhere in the emberdark is a young dragon chained in human form: Starling of the starship Dynamic. She and her ragtag crew of exiles are deep in debt and on the brink of losing their freedom. So when she finds an ancient map to a hidden portal between the emberdark and the physical realm, she seizes the chance at a lucrative discovery.

These unlikely allies might just be the solution to each other’s crisis. In their search for independence, Dusk and Starling face perilous bargains, poisonous politics, and the destructive echo of a dead god.

I guess this would explain why Xisis is in such a bad situation.
