    Her eye did a quick rotation (I did a more in-depth description a couple pages ago but anyway) and she knew that he wasn't in his right frame of mind. She disregarded him. "Speaking of the guy I like, there is something you specifically should know."

    The house on the end of my block has a realtor’s sign in the yard. Whether it’s being leased or sold, I don’t know, but that’s not the point.

    The point is, the top of the sign says, word for word, “Free Tacos w/ Purchase”.

    She picked her up and set her on another bed.

    "I-I'm Akarui right now. And I've done too much - if I start healing again, I'll pass out, and then I won't be able to do anything. But maybe..." She knelt down and her hand hovered above Addison. While the burns did not heal, a sense of peace and calm washed over her, pulling her towards sleep and rest. @Weaver of Lights
