  1. "I'm not doing that again. That was such a weird experience..."
  2. "Maybe we could find a local and ask, but that might seem a little out of place. I know we need to find out more about the thing in Tal's head, I just don't know how."
  3. @TheRavenHasLanded When she was pulled through, her clothes changed to a deep blue vest with red diamonds. Under it was a long sleeve white shirt with pink embroidery, a deep purple knee skirt, and brown and purple flats. @Edema Rue
  4. “I… Magic has an extremely negative public perception, is what I mean. I can’t stop you, but…. Just try to keep it on the down low, okay?”
  5. She took his hand and looked at his eyes. “Magic is an evil thing in this world. If we use it… well, who knows. We’ll be split up, or worse, and then we won’t be able to find each other and get back to the clinic, it’s too dangerous.”
  6. @shortcake (Cash’s ping didn’t work) She stopped herself from falling through, but only barely. She gasped and breathed quickly before pulling her hands out. “No more magic from this point on, if we can help it. You two go first.”
  7. When it made contact with the wall, the tip went through it. All around the blade, a near blinding white glow outlined the cut in the wall. She dragged the dagger through the wall to the floor. Pic heard a sound between a buzz and a hum. Leaving it in the wall, Aventine put her fingers into the wall and pulled apart the rift. @Edema Rue
  8. She nodded and after a moment’s hesitation slammed the blade into the wall.
  9. “Tal’s world. We need to figure out what we’re dealing with here.”
  10. She stood in the hallway holding the dagger. Its hilt was on one hand, and the tip rested on her other palm. She turned to look at them when she heard their footsteps echo on the stone floor.
  11. Aventine examined the dagger in the hallway. On some level, she knew that it would only “exist” when and if she wanted it to. She mentally began preparing herself to use it. @Cash67
  12. … low key kinda jealous about that. I would like to meet him (eventually) along with you, Archie, Weaver, and Raven Huh.
  13. I would like to assure you that I am in a much better mental state and family situation than Aventine lol. Also, why am I on fire?
  14. The narrator decided to blip out of existence. Jar Man saw this.
  15. The narrator smiled. She loved when characters had existential crises. The narrator frowned. She had acknowledged her existence. This was a problem. If the characters realized she was the narrator, it would create a paradox and the narrator would die.
  16. Jar Man’s head was, unfortunately, still stuck in the bars to the cell, therefore it could do no poking.
