    She looked down for a few moments before looking back up. “Well, we have to go back now.” Apology was the undertone, but as was necessity. “I don’t think you should have your traveling party come with us.”

    “I got really sick. I don’t know why. I fasted, but it was too long after that for it to be related.”

    She sighed again. "Either way, you left me alone. I... I got sick, and I nearly died."

    After a few moments of silence, she sighed, "You left me."

    She went to a booth in the corner of the tavern they'd been in a few minutes prior. She laced her fingers and set her elbows on the table, her chin into her hands.

    "Very well. It won't." "August. July. If you'll come with me, please."

    "The situation is fine, thank you."

    She glared at August. It seemed she wanted to talk to him in particular. "March. We are going to arrest them. But we're going to feed them first."

    "That's the idea, August." She turned back to March. "We're going to arrest them no matter what. But it's early in the morning, and I need to talk to them. We'll get them breakfast, I'll talk with them, and we'll take them back to Jouken. Understood?"

    “I’m going to speak with them in the tavern where we’re staying. You’re welcome to come with.” She turned, looking at July and August in turn.
