"Did the scary woman come back? Is that what happened?"

"Is it related to his... neck?" Almond stands up and sits on the bed next to Aventine.

Almond looks at Aventine but chooses to stay on the floor. "I'm fine. Really." He looks around "Had any fun adventures while I was away?"

"Yeah... yes! I'm alright. Just feeling a little sick right now."

"Ugh, horribly inefficient. Not effective at all." Almond looks shocked as he says that "Sorry, um... I meant sorry that that happened it must have been bad. I hope you feel better soon."

"Well that's good." He smiles "So, what happened to your neck?"

"Got lost. Panicked. Smacked into door. Nose hurts now." He seems to perk up. "So, how's your food."

"N-nope. I've lost my appetite." He sits there looking kinda out of it.

"Y-y-yeah. Here's your food... I'm gonna sit down for a bit." He sits down on the floor panting heavily from post-adrenaline exhaustion. @Spark of Hope

Almond leaves and takes a few turns before realizing he never knew where the cafeteria was. He tries to go back to Ave's room but finds that he is lost. Fully gripped in panic at this point he begins dashing through seemingly endless hallways his vision tunneling. Almond, in his panic, doesn't realize that his Darkness is creeping over his fur. In his panic he doesn't see the door in front of him and smacks into it. In a daze he looks up and sees the words "Cafeteria" above. He wipes his bleeding nose while he grabs some stuff labelled chaouta and teleports back to Ave's room.

"Oh." Almond pokes his head in. "I've never seen it before. I need to see it but, I'll teleport back with it soon."

"Ok, one second." Almond leaves to go get the chauota.

"What's that?"

"Does anyone need anything else? I can get it in less than a second if you do." @Ancient Elantrian

"Yay! I get to learn first aid! I get to learn first aid." He dances around singing in that tune that kids do (you know the one.)

"I mean, everything sheds to some degree. But no, otters only have 1 big shedding in their life at about 2 months old. We don't lose fur faster than a human would naturally lose hair. Although we have more of it so it probably looks like more."

"Wow you're good at that. I only know a little bit from the doctors forcing me to watch them dissect people alive to get me to behave." The dark half of his fur is slowly taking over. "But, that's done now. Can you teach me some time!?" His fur goes back to the half and half again.

"You got it!" He summons the requested items while a panicked voice can be heard on the other end saying "What is that." before closing

"Oh, well I hope he comes back then. Is he nice? I hope he's nice." Almond looks at Ave "Do you need any medical supplies I could get some." @Spark of Hope

"Oh, well I hope you feel better. You have a brother? That sounds fun. Do you get along well?" Almond seems excited by the prospect of meeting a new person.

"Hmm, well ok then. Hi Lukas! How are you?" @Ancient Elantrian

"I was a human teenager and my parents were making me clean my room. Is that normal? I want to know more about uhmans now."

"I had a weird dream."

"What's going on? Am I interrupting something? Oh, hi Lukas!"

Almond looks at the weirdo and teleports past him into Ave's room right next to her. "Ave! I had a weird dream about humans! I need to know more about human life!"
