Kelsier did jump into the well of ascension and at least partially be invested by it. He could be anchored to it in some way. That could also be related to why the ghostbloods are so interesting in BAM and the heralds. BAM absorbed power from Odium's well and the heralds are all manifested directly from Honor's power.

Dalinar getting to see Evi again and "save" her had me crying on a plane. He got the opportunity to stand on his worst day and say to himself and Odium he would have done everything differently.

Based on Retribution intensely locking down his investiture would it follow that he would also be able to prevent radiants from advancing in their oaths? On top of that if they can still swear oaths who is able to accept their words since Cultivation has left, the Wind has gonna quiet, and the Stormfather has been vaporized?

Kaladin, Herald of second chances. This book Kaladin wrestled with helping someone who he wasn't sure deserved it. I think in the back half Kaladin will be forced to confront Moash and will choose to give him a second chance.
