    "You know nothing of me, child." Siylna nodded. "Yes, actually. He already tried to kill himself. He'll get over it, though. He's strong."

    Siylna giggled. "You really don't know him! My stars, but that's a relief. I was almost worried." Siylna shrugged. "He's adapting."

    Rue snorted. "Lies, asha'man, lies. There are reasons your black tower hasn't sworn the oaths." "Why would I fear you?"

    "Hush, child," Siylna called. "Brainwashed...or maybe he just grew out of your little fantasy. He grew up, my dear, and you...you got left behind."

    "To be loved by a child who doesn't exist...how pitiful. How lucky I am to have Victor."

    "Ideally," Rue said flatly, "You would say 'As soon as I feel even the tiniest seeds of insanity within me, I will remove myself from all existence'. That would be nice."

    Siylna sighed, letting the water bottle fall. "He's all yours." "How are you doing, my dear?"

    Siylna sighed and turned to Callie. “I really am bored…” she kicked the cell next to Saffron’s. “Elsie…” she called. @Experience

    It dragged Saffron up with it.

    Siylna shrugged and pressed a button, and the water bottle floated up to the ceiling.

    Rue looked at him and raised an eyebrow. “Are you sure you want to do that now?”

    Rue reached out a hand to steady him. “Easy.”

    Rue’s gateway leads directly to the Clinic. She’s standing on the other side, anxiously watching through a second gateway.

    A large gateway snapped open under Rue, and stayed open even after she fell through it.

    “Well, if you want your water it’s there,” Siylna said to Saffron, then turned to Callie. “I’m getting bored…” @Aeoryi And also, the berry bursts into flame, summoning a shade.

    Rue watched Nameless. “We do need to go, and that might be our best option…I’ll make another gateway, though,” she added, then jumped.
