  1. Clinic: Infirmary As the two crossed the threshold to the med wing a faint buzzing could be heard. A short nurse rushed over to them. “How can I-“ She stopped, looking them over. She snapped quietly twice and a wheelchair made it’s way over to them. She pointed to it. “Sit. We’ll make our way over to an examination room and I need you to tell me what happened.”
  2. "Well I think I could look a little further into the Aclijan's. Look for things like what gods they worship, how technologically advanced they are, what the temples often look like, and what sorts of things other temples have had. That could possibly give us an idea."
  3. Mysterious Temple The closer Bookwyrm got to the top the more obvious the silence became. Who are you and why are you here? Clinic Library "I hope so too." @The Aspiring Archivist
  4. As Bookwyrm gets closer details on the building start to become startling clear. The building was large and gray with tiers building up all the way to a flat top. The stones were old and weathered with intricate designs carved into it. The area surrounding the building was an elaborate garden with brightly colored flowers and plants.
  5. “Well” she trailed off. “I’ve tried. But I have no idea where he went or what he’s doing and nothing I’ve tried seems to have reached him.”
  6. Insa nodded. "There's a chance that if we manage to find or get in contact with Bookwyrm or we were able to get the right resources we could further analyze those depictions and get some further information but there could be nothing else to get from them."
  7. "The temple is somewhere in the desert, but no one like us has found it yet. Divine beings have been sent to find it but nothing seems to have come from them. We know it exists because its referenced and depicted in carvings in paintings on some of the other temples." @The Aspiring Archivist
  8. “It’s a small clan I guess. No one is quite sure where they came from or why they do what they do. They’re most often referred to as the Aclijan’s. They steal items from divine being and hide them in temples they build. Most temples have a patron god who watches them but no one is sure who that patron god is. The temples these people build are often on small, out of the way planets and the Yulin temple is that way. It’s built on a small planet called Toral. It’s mostly a desert planet.”
  9. So I'm in an English class. And its a shared classroom so my teacher is in here for just like this period. And there are things from other classes hung up around the room.

Right now there is a giant post it by my desk. In the middle is this giant question. "How Did It Make You Feel?"

And its surrounded by tiny post its.

Most of them have thoughtful answers about some book.

But there's one that just says. "It makes me feel so susful and rizzy."

    ...

    What does that even mean?

  10. Insa didn't look up. "You still should say something if the pain gets worse." She slowly scrolled through the results on her tablet. "I'm not seeing anything in direct reference to the temple. But its referenced several times in relation to other temples, as in built around the same time or by the same group of people."
  11. Insa gave a small nod. “Please let me know if it gets worse. We can try to find something to help you manage the pain until we can get rid of it.” She turned her tablet back on and pulled up the library’s database, which she had downloaded months ago when she had started doing research on something else. She typed “Yulin temple” into the search bar.
  12. Insa frowned and squinted a little trying to read him better. She sat down at the table. "Are you fine or are you barely managing but don't want to admit it?"
  13. Insa gave him a weird look before rushing out of the library. She practically ran all the way to her room. Near her bed was a bag with her tablet in it. She grabbed the tablet out and sat down on her bed. She turned it on real quick to check the battery. 47%. It should be enough to last her a little while. Her eyes drifted down to her screensaver. It was a picture Bookwyrm and Insa had taken a few nights before he had left. She reached out mentally to try to find him again. What did I do wrong? Why did you leave? She turned the tablet back off and rushed back to the library. ”Lerac are you sure you’re okay? I can try to find some pain killers or something?” @The Bookwyrm
  14. Insa thought for a moment. “We don’t have an alternative at the moment. Plus the fact that she gave us time makes it seem like she’s at least a little desperate.” Insa walked over to a desk and sat down at one of the chairs. “We should try to find out anything else about the item or the temple in this library.” She motioned to a couple of screens built into the desk. “These work like tablets. They have access to everything in the library. If there’s anything in here about the temple or the item it should come up when you search. I’m gonna look over some stuff to see if I missed something that could tell us where Bookwyrm is. He might have something more than we can find here. Plus he’s almost always been a voice of reason when it comes to Saar. He might actually have better insight than I do. I’ll have to grab stuff from my room to do though. Is that okay?” @Spark of Hope
  15. “For your sake most likely.”
  16. “She will for a while. But she’s made promises similar to it before.”
  17. “The part that effects you she’ll keep.”
  18. Saar nodded from her seat. There was another bright flash of light and they were back in the library. Insa took a moment to regain her bearings. ”Any thoughts?”
  19. “How much time do we have to decide whether we except the deal?” “Till you leave my home.” Insa let out a slightly dramatic sigh. “Well that sucks.” She took a small sip of the water. “That’s a dealbreaker.” Insa stood up. “Thank you for the offer but if we can’t make a decision together as a group then we already know we won’t do it.” Saar looked shocked for a moment but recovered quickly. “Fine! One day.” ”3.” “2.” Insa smiled. “Perfect.” ”Let us go so we can think this through.” She picked the poker chip up off the ground “We’ll get back to you in 2 days or less.” “Thank you so much for all your hospitality.” She motioned for Lerac and Aventine to come stand near her.
  20. "Well I mean Insa and Bookwyrm. But if others wanted me to leave them alone too we could do that."
  21. "If this group finds the temple, finds and retrieves the Ivus and bring it back to me then I will leave certain members alone, and remove my magic from your body."
  22. “Insa can explain better than I.” Insa sighed. “Right before the Kaos war and as it was starting Bookwyrm was researching and finding a series of archives. We never found them all but the ones we did find had troves of knowledge. He’s the one with full access to all that information. And he generally has ideas of where to find knowledge we don’t have yet.” Saar nodded.
  23. Saar took another sip of her drink. "I'm afraid I can't tell you much about the obstacles in place. Just cause I don't know. But that's where your friend Bookwyrm could be helpful." @The Aspiring Archivist
