Infirmary Ella frowned as she continued to work. ”I don’t like that.” She looked up for a moment and noticed the sparks and her frown deepened. Zelos’ Temple Insa glanced at Bookwyrm. ”Yeah that’s not great.”

Zelos nodded. “Of course!! Yell for me when you’re done.” He stood and walked towards the temple. @The Bookwyrm

Ella shrugged. “Nothing caused by anything like this. But injuries similar to this yeah.”

Ella rushed over. She looked over the arm for a moment before rushing and grabbing some supplies. She plopped down next to him and started to clean and bandage and his arm. ”This will probably sting.” @Dragonheir

“We use a special type of invisible ray. It doesn’t hurt you. Just helps us get a better idea of what’s wrong. What do you use normally to take care of medical needs?”

Ella stared at him for a moment. ”…no. It’s a special picture that lets me see your bones.”

“I’ll let her do her thing and then I’m gonna need to wrap your chest too. I may to try do some sort of x-ray as well depending on how this goes.”

Ella nodded and handed her a pair of gloves from the cabinet.

Zelos nodded. “Once the magic is out of you the last thing it will want to do is go back in you. Even if it were to be released from the item it wouldn’t afflict you anymore.” Ella quickly but carefully wrapped the break. She secured it with a small device. It made a small dinging noise as she stepped back. ”It’s started to work and it’s administering some painkilling and numbing agents to that area so it shouldn’t hurt as much. Let me know if you think it’s too tight or something is wrong.” She glanced over the wrap one more time to make sure it was all secured correctly. ”Now aren’t there also some issues with your ribs?”

Zelos nodded slowly and thought for a moment. ”Well I can’t get Saar to leave you alone but I can offer and alternative to the other problem. There are items that will and extract and hold magic like that. And I know of a temple where one is. There would still be lots of work and such involved but it would solve that problem without relying on Saar. Or destroying a temple.”

“Of course you can heal people without magic.” Ella laughed. “Have you ever been to Earth?” She watched them interact for a moment. ”You can keep talking and figuring out this magic stuff.” She pointed to Veer. “I’m going to try to get this on you. When you say you can’t be touched you mean like skins contact right?”

Clinic: Infirmary Ella nodded. She turned to a cabinet and pulled out a container and dropped the gold light into it. “Well, I’m not quite sure how to deal with that stuff and it doesn’t quite sound like you do either. But I know we still need to take care of the bones. Which the best way I have is to wrap them. We have a type of wrap that does similar things to the magic it builds and repairs damaged parts of a body like broken bones but it’s technology rather than magic. Do you think that would be okay?” Zelos’ Temple Zelos nodded.

??? “If possible.” Clinic: Infirmary Ella gasped and made a quick jerking motion with her hand. The gold light quickly flew away and out of him and back to her hand. ”I’m so sorry! That’s never happened before. I don’t know what went wrong.”

Clinic: Infirmary The last couple pricks of light gathered in her hand. Ella started to slowly walk around the bed and flakes of light started to float away and land on Veer. The appeared to be absorbed by his skin. A warm sensation filled the room as the last bits of light floated away from Ella’s hand. “Hold still okay?” She turned to a cabinet and started to pull some wraps out. “Is it alright if I put these on you? They’ll help hold everything in place while the healing happens.” ??? Zelos motioned to the temple. “Well there are people who build these temples for me and store offerings inside. They put years and tons of effort and energy into them. In return I do my best to protect them. But these temples are built in a way that if the offerings were ever taken from them they are destroyed. Recently this has been happening more and more often. I want to be able to preserve the remaining temples as much as possible to show my appreciation. From what I’ve heard it seems Saar wants one of the offerings.”

??? Zelos folded his arms. ”Fair. None of you really know me. What can I tell you or do for you that would help build that trust?“ Clinic: Infirmary Ella nodded. “Of course I can! I’m not the head doctor so it’ll take a little more time and energy on my part but I am more than equipped to help you there.” She started to make soft swirling motions with her left hand. Soft pricks of gold light started to appear in the air and gather around her hand. ”If you could possibly lay down this will work better. But if you can’t or it hurts too much you can stay sitting.”

Clinic: Infirmary Ella nodded. “Alright then. Is there anything I can or need to do to help make sure that…” she motioned to the metal areas, “…that… isn’t hurting you or causing any damage?” ??? Insa gave a similar nod. Go ahead.

??? “I would like to present a counter offer if possible. I know that you are currently deciding whether or not to make a deal with Saar that involves one of my temples but I’m not aware of further details. And I’m afraid I must be filled in on the details of that deal in order to properly form a counter offer.“ @The Bookwyrm Clinic: Infirmary The nurse nodded as they entered the examination room. ”Well I’m afraid that because our head doctor isn’t here at the moment your healing may take a little longer but I should be able to patch you up.” The wheelchair carefully moved him onto a hospital bed while she started some paperwork. ”My name is Ella and of course I will be taking care of you during this stay.” She said as she turned around. ”What’s your name and how much of you is being affected by the metal stuff?”

Zelos beckoned for them to join him. "Let's talk!" Insa glanced at Bookwyrm and then grabbed his hand before moving towards Zelos. I'm still mad by the way.

Insa took a deep breath and flicked the chip into the air. Once again it flew a few feet into the air before hovering. She snapped rapidly four times and then it fell. As it hit the ground the world exploded in a blinding flash of white. When the regained sight they were in the gardens at the base of the temple. Zelos sat a short ways off on a picnic blanket with a spread of food in front of him. This time their regular clothes had been replaced with something slightly more formal but still very similar to their regular clothing. A wide smile spread across Zelos' face as he saw them. “I found myself in evening gown when we talked to Saar. As did Aventine. Granted if you have a connection to a divine being they can prevent or lessen that sort of change.”

“Well then we’ll talk to him.” She held out the chip. “This will bring us to him. Probably similarly to Saar’s. And in my experience most gods like to make deals in formal settings. So they might attempt to make you fit the setting.”
