First of all I agree with Wizard even if I don't do that very well myself when I'm in similar situations. But also I just had a panic attack and I have no idea why and that scares me. And now I'm on the verge of a mental breakdown because of it. And I know I should tell my parents when I get home but they have a tendency to downplay what I'm going through a bit and expect me to be a bit stronger than I am when it comes to these kind of things. And I'm still freaking out a bit and I don't know what to do.
