Could someone give me advice on what I should include in my TTRPG (Neomagifex)? I'm drawing a bit of a blank, I'm soon to start on creating features so if you have some advice for those that would be good too.

give monsters a class-like system to add on top of the uber-metagame-able statblock system.
make it so that non-magic flying animals have to move some distance before flying.
there, you've just solved 2 of the largest problems in D&D 5e according to the community.
