He nodded. "Lead the way, I guess."

"I guess so..." TAAron sighed. "Can we just go?"

"I... don't know how I want it to end. Well, I do. I want Kaos to win, of course. But I just can't understand why I was fighting. I would dismiss it, but I just... can't."

"What are you going to do about it?" TAAron seemed interested, though perhaps also somewhat threatening given he was holding two daggers.

"You are doubtful?" TAAron continued to stare, very uncertain as to how to feel.

EDIT: I WAS LIED TO. Yeah, that does actually end up within the strength of a nuclear bomb. They were probably about right, though I'm still not sure why they focused on fusion and said nothing of the KE. They might be tied together, in a sense. @The Bookwyrm

He frowned. "Mine tells me... that it is not over yet, for me. Do you understand that? How could it be over? I've... found something so grand..." He looked Bookwyrm in the eyes. "Do you believe yours?"

Possibly, but that's not particularly relevant because it could also go the other way, as in the atoms getting ripped apart. By far, the bulk of the resulting explosion would come from kinetic energy. It would be many orders of magnitude more powerful than a nuclear bomb.

"And what is it telling you?"

Well, not nuclear. But my chicken, for example, would have so much kinetic energy that it would be equivalent to a blast of 338160514 tons of TNT.

Wait, did Bookwyrm say a similar answer?

"What do you mean, 'Perhaps?' What is this voice to you?"

Uh, is there some backstory to this?

"I hear one too... sometimes." He still had a strangely haunted look in his eyes.

TAAron stared at him. "Do you hear a voice?"

TAAron shivered. "Alright. We'll be going?"

"And our goal is to convert them, right?"

"Where are we? And who is left?"

He took both. "Got it. So what now, exactly?"

"Thanks." TAAron looked down at his arm. The light had retreated. "I'll take the other dagger too."

"I don't see why there would be." He reached again and took one, and a soft white light pulsed beneath his skin with a desperate rhythm. TAAron gritted his teeth.

TAAron reached to grab them, but recoiled as soon as he touched the handles. "Ow. Are they supposed to hurt?"
