    Variance continued to stand by them, silent, watching the others talk. He focused carefully to keep him form from blurring at the edges. This was taking a while.

    "...Okay. You just shared a lot, you don't need to say anything else if you don't want to."

    He frowned slightly. "Hm?"

    "Okay. Is there anything else you want to say, or... something?"

    "You won't have to. I'm sure we're going to need all the help we can get for whatever's coming."

    "I can promise that I'll do everything in my power to prevent it. We all will, I think." Then Variance just stood there, not knowing what to do.

    Variance was silent for a long moment. "I'm so sorry, Allera. Something like that is painful to remember and impossible to forget. I promise, nothing like that will happen here. Okay?" He knew that there was something better he could say, but he wasn't exactly an expert with people.

    I've been listening to audiobooks/YouTube videos while doing Minecraft parkour all day. I did my first few triple neos. They aren't too hard, though I'm far from consistent. The main thing I did was parkour warrior survivor on MCCI. I even won the whole game once!

    It's been an alright day. People keep entering my room uninvited which gets on my nerves a lot for no reason. And I'm definitely not looking forward to having to do weekend homework the next two days.

    Egh.
