    TAAron followed. "Why did you do that?" He didn't sound upset, just perplexed.

    TAAron looked at it, then back at her. "Why?"

    "It's not okay, though. I... I'm changing. I can feel it. And if I'm a... a god now," he said the word reluctantly, disbelievingly, "then what happens to us?"
