"In that case, you won't be," he hums. "I need to talk to Elan for a few minutes, but then I'll be right back," he hums. "I won't stop humming, so as long as you can hear my humming, you'll know I'm here." He stands up and motions to Elan @Ancient Elantrian

Pic's eyes soften as he hears Aventine's statements and story. About halfway through, he goes and sits on the side of her opposite Elan. By the end of it, his face is a mixture of emotions; the main one is compassion, but there is a bit of sorrow and grim acknowlegement at the time of the confession. At the end of her story, Pic envelops her in a hug. "You need to rest," he states. "What you have gone through is terrible, and you need to fall asleep and get rest. If the alters aren't here to advise you, I can pick up the slack," he hums with a smirk. "Do you want us to leave, or would it be more restful if some of us were here?"

Pic saw the prison jumpsuit on her, and saw Jar Man in a more dissarayed state than usual, and a few things clicked into place. His eyes narrowed at Jar Man's statement, and his eyes quickly locked onto Elan. @Ancient Elantrian "What happened?"

Very soon, Pic's staves wrapped around her throat, and her singing became more solid. All sound seemed to be emanating from the staves, but Aventine could change how they sounded through shaping her mouth. All sounds were pitched to wherever in the waltz Pic was.

Pic's smile grew a bit more sure and he nodded. "That's happened to me a few times," he responded, pulling up his staves and beginning Aventine's Waltz. Pic's notes broke upon seeing this, and a look of confusion flashed across his face. He shook his head, and his staves began rotating around Aventine. "Just...try to sing along, and this should work," he hummed.

Pic waltzed into the room, humming, and saw Aventine and Elan sitting together on the bed. His humming skipped a beat and a half, and his smile grew uncertain. "Hello, Ave, Elan," he hummed.

Pic, still full of memories from last night, waltzed and hummed through the Clinic, helping out where he could. Finally, a purpouse that I've chosen, he thought as he directed a lost patient back to their room. His staves trailed behind him, and looped around and around to his melody, assissting him in his tasks. He passed by Aventine's room, paused, did a double take, shrugged, and knocked on the door.

Cash shrugs. "Haven't seen much better, but I've only been here for a few days." Cash takes another bite, and then pauses for a moment. "Did I ever catch your name, kid?"

“Black noodles,” Cash grunts. “Supposed to be their specialty.” He takes a bite, and his eyes light up. “They weren’t lying, I’ll tell you that much.” He proceeds to set aside a bit in a to-go container, and his Impidimp leaps down to join in eating. The food is disappearing rapidly.

Many people are getting together to cover the EPIC songs. We gender swap them though because it’s fun. So far we have an instrumental for Just a Man, I’m working on the music for THATI, and many people singing for different roles. If you want to join ensemble, you can be one of the background voices in the choir that is soldiers, the god’s ensembles, etc.

"Used to be?" Cash says with a smirk. A number was called from the front of the restauraunt, and Cash stood up and began walking there.

“Yep. Gremlin and I just wander. There is always someone with an odd job that needs the be done, or a low level fight that we can win,” Cash replies. “Though I don’t know how well that’s gonna hold up in this region.”

Cash sits down. "Everyone has at one point or another," he replies, waving a hand in the air. He then raises an eybrow at the Fletchling. "Haven't seen a yellow Fletchling before," he states.

“Do you assume everyone you meet is a grunt?” Cash asked. He walked up to a kiosk, pushed a few buttons, and swiped a card. A ticket spat out with a number on it and he want to go find a seat.

Cash walks over to the kid, rips the pokeball out of his hands, and calls back the Fletchling. Once the Pokémon is in the ball, he hands the Fletchling over, and also passes a paralyze heal to the kid. “I’m not looking for a fight, I really just want to eat lunch right now,” he says to the kid. “If you want to join me, I’m sure you’ll recognize me. If not, the medicine I gave you will heal your Fletchling of paralysis.” Cash turned around and walked into the Black Noodle.
