    They followed. They stepped out into a field of grass with a barn and a farmhouse in the distance. A town could be seen down the road, looking very small. Shoe would recognize it from her memories, but it appeared quite more run down. "Is this her house?" Gaioh asked. Bat, who was the closest to Hacob, jumped.

    Lady Bug didn't understand. "What do you mean? We shape the entire world." She threw her arms out, and trees sprouted as far as the eye could see, then turned to sand, fell apart, and evaporated. "So what if we're made of words?" There was a slight pull toward Livetha, but not strong enough for it to rip out of his hands. If he looked really, really closely, he could see the shape of a large, flat, rocky desert in the sphere with a sun on the horizon. A single speck stood, looking off toward it.

    I mean... I don't think that's the kind of thing that can be copywrited, and a lot of people use similar things. I promise I didn't copy you; I haven't been paying much attention to anything but Bea and Shoe tbh She flinched back, but let him pet her, and then leaned into his touch.

    She didn't respond to his mental speech, but she did relax a little. Her eyes watched him intently, and she jumped when the little golden sphere drifted into her field of vision.
