    Don't worry. Rose still has her head on straight She wouldn't let Bat get away with that, and she won't let Tam get away with this either

    one of the Notblades makes whoever's cut with it see whatever the wielder wants them to see and the other one is the same with feelings so maybe Bat will try and cut himself and be like "be happy for Tam" or smth, idk Is it just pain or is it other sensations too?

    I'll be right back, he promised again, and switched off the radio. He stood up and walked to the door of the warehouse, pushing it open to reveal a full galaxy of whirling stars, so bright they made him squint. The warehouse, unattached, floated in the middle of an enormous empty sky. He sat down in the doorway, letting his legs hang out over nothing. He'd have to ask Rose where she'd found this place--- it had been one of the settings on her compass. It was beautiful, a kind of lonely he'd never really felt before. And it felt somehow more eternal than all the chasms he'd grown up in.

    Oh, no. I'm glad you're happy. I'll be back soon--- I don't know if I'll be able to find chicken salad. Not in an empty warehouse like this. He leaned back against the metal wall and drew in the thick dust on the ground.

    Bat heard her faintly. Almost reluctantly, he switched on the radio. Yeah?

    There was no reply, as he'd turned off the radio a lil while earlier. she should be able to contact him if she tries hard enough tho

    And so he feels really guilty for being disappointed Because she's happy and perfect now And if she's happy and perfect without trauma, why isn't he and is something wrong with him And why can't he be happy for her, and why does he feel so betrayed and upset and why does he almost almost almost want to Ennull it somehow just to have Tam back And why does he have to be the kind of awful person who would want to do that Wut?

    Yay! Until I go to work............. You should go to work sometime and ask for me And I'll go all pale and be like "oh gosh I'm so sorry guys I-- I have to go" and then I'll sprint out the back door and run away with you chasing me And then we'll laugh about it

    Rose jumped, barely catching it. "You can't just throw stuff at people."
