    nah it's not you I just sometimes feel like I GM for EVERYTHING Kajsa and I private rps going on too, often two or three, and I'm usually DMing for all the stuff we do there and it's good because I need practice with plots but it's a lot or at least it feels that way to me, so *sigh* anyway How are you guys doing

    She stopped and stared at him incredulously. - He slowed so she could keep up. “We’re almost there,” he told her. He grinned. “Oh, come on. How hard can it be?” He walked up to the control panely thingy and pushed the throttle forward. For a moment, nothing happened. Then the train’s bright lights turned on. ”Oh, it’s probably THIS one, then.” - HAHAHAHA YOU JUST LOVE THAT SPELLING DONT YOU Bat smiled. “Find your fellows and spread the message.” - He shrugged. “Whatever. It’s normal.” “Oh.” He looked back at the cave, anxious.

    “because you’re trying to fix it.” She pulled him onto the train. - “Just hurry!” “No. Not technically.” Despite her, he ran into the control room and dragged her after him by her hand. - Bat sent a mental glare her way. “If you’re diligent, I will someday come again and bestow upon you cool magnet powers.” - “Because she hates me. She says I’m useless…”

    She touched his arm. “It’s okay.” - “I…” he glanced backward. “Follow me.” He dashed off to his left, her right. “What’s she like?”

    He looked away, clearly uncomfortable with the topic. She waited. - He stared at her, not sure what to do. Subconsciously, he lowered his weapon.

    The interior was kind of bare, but there were seats. Aden headed straight for the drivey-room. - Bat tapped his shoulders and nicked him a lil. Then he stepped back. Suddenly the bandit saw curves coming from the magnets in Bat’s hand, yellow and orange. But far, far brighter were the “magnetic fields” around Bat. And the bandit. And the people passing by and giving him strange looks. “The real magnets,” Bat told him, “are the people around you. Take care of them, love them, and you will find the most important kind of power. You will find Connection.” He held out the magnets, one in each hand, and let go. They snapped together and stayed in the air (as far as the bandit could see). “I hereby appoint you as my ambassador. Stop this foolish endeavor. Magnets, though beautiful, are merely a symbol.” - “Yeah,” he whispered. “Humans make mistakes. You’re not a monster.” - Truth be told, he looked as nervous as she felt. “Y- you… escaped?” “Yeah… if I don’t come back with the bracers, she… she’ll kill me.”

    She smiled. “You’re a human.” - A gangly young man peeked out from behind a tree, holding a plasmatine blaster. He had red hair and many many freckles. Rose didnt like what she was seeing. It… disturbed her, but not like… like it should. Some primal fear entered her soul. She turned to the calm one. “What’s happening?” - Symbol smiled a little, then stopped as soon as she realized she was doing it and wondered if she could undo it before the post was posted. Then she decided she didn’t care anyway and tried to believe that. Lady Bug snorted. “Whatever she wants with me, nothing I can say would make her kill me. Or, since I’m apparently not even alive, bring me back.” “You’re right about that,” Symbol affirmed. “I just need you to agree to some… terms before I free you.” - Bat didn’t notice, being down an alleyway, but his Author made a note of it. “Okay,” Aden agreed. They were met with more passcode things, but Aden used the one he’d figured out and the train opened. - “Kneel,” Bat instructed, pulling out Illusion, “And I’ll knight you. It won’t hurt a bit, I promise.” He didn’t know how to feel about this whole situation. Flint hesitated, then ran after them. “Wait. Please? I just need you to watch, or I won’t be able to get the amulet, and my sister…” he swallowed.

    “Please? It’s okay. It’s natural, I promise.” “Hey!” A voice barked. “Stop or I’ll shoot you!” The voice sounded… young, though. And somewhat nervous. And it wasn’t coming from behind, where they’d be chasing her.

    Aden was not encouraged by her lack of reaction. Maybe she didn’t even care anymore… But she’d been so upset earlier. And he still didn’t know if they’d been dating or not. - He nodded. “If you like, I’ll knight you into one of my order.” - “Good choice— though it will come with a troubling amount of self-consciousness. Is that all right?” - Flint was kind of confused. “Oh, that. I feel it too.”
