For any of this to happen scradrial and roshar would have to meet up. I can definitely see that happen in the future beyond what we already see with worldhoppers. Right now it's difficult to know whether or not any of this would be possible. After all we don't really have any definite answers and how spren powers would interact with the metalic arts.
