sorry to make two status updates next to each other but I wanted to share this small fragment of writing I made today because I didn't want to write in me and my co-writer's books right now. here ya go.

“Mmmm.”

“Hm?”

“What?”

“What were you doing master?”

“I was meditating, go back to your work.”

“Why were you meditating?”

“I was getting a feel for my surroundings, this place is foreign to me and I would like to understand it.”

“But isn’t your home Coolar? It’s very similar to here, isn’t it?”

“No, this is not Coolar. Every place has a certain, how to put it, feel to it. They radiate a kind of feeling about them that is totally unique to that place. They may seem similar to other places but that does not mean they are their own place, yes?”

“Well, I guess master if you say so.”

“Well, I’m glad we got the matter over with, can you go clean up the lawn now?”

“Humph! Can’t I learn to use this sword? I need to be able to use it if we are going to war soon.”

“Self mastery is more important. And obedience even more, go. Clean it up and then we can talk about your training in the sword.”

“Yes master.”

“Don’t talk like that! This is all a part of your rigorous training on becoming one of us Daer Dalmon.”

“Yes, I know master.”

“What did I say about that dry tone of yours.”

“Okay, I’ll go clean up the lawn.”

“Good. now, back to the meditation, let me see, where was I? That’s right, the ocean waves. Back and forth. Back and forth. mmmmmmm.”

has anyone realized before that Dune and the wheel of time are the same exact thing!? before you go and say I'm insane, realize that the above is a complete fact. the wheel of time and dune are the same thing. think about it. the aes sedai and bene geresit are the same thing. rand and Paul are the same person. there is even a thing called a Shai tan deal. if I haven't convinced you yet here is more proof, main character is male and has ultimate power, there is a female only order of magic people who are waiting for the chosen one. male main character then is the chosen one. SEEEE. sorry. I also hate the wheel of time now (sorry wheel of time lovers) it is way to musty and unedited and unpolished. it just seems like a piece of unedited prose thrown into my face and not in a good way.
