  1. She just looked at him incredulously. "...Okay?"
  2. "Then why in Damnation's eleventh name did you say it was?"
  3. "Thank you for your help." She said. She rolled her sphere in her hand.
  4. She nodded. Her mother had taught her about those. And Roshar was where she had grown up, so she was unconcerned. She knew less about Nalthis and Threnody, but had learned the very basics of the main languages there, and knew the basics of the history and investiture. "Alright."
  5. "Well, yes and no." She spoke with an Alethi accent. "I was raised on Roshar, but have family from both Sel and Scadrial as well." She went to the empty chair, and sat down.
  6. She calmly waited, even though the suspense was killing her. It was really hard, especialy when you considered that she, by nature, was really impatient.
  7. "Okay?" She got off the bed, and followed him.
  8. "Um, I have a question. Why does this test happen on a bed?" She asked. She sounded completely baffled.
  9. She opened her mouth, and then closed it. I'm confused. "What in Kelek's name?" She said to herself as she tried to figure out what the Rusts was going on. She sat on the bed, completely baffled.
  10. Idos Domi. I didn't think this would be so stressful. She pushed the door open and saw whatever it was that was inside of the room.
  11. "Okay." She started walking in the direction he specified.
  12. Okay. I've got this. Copperminds? She quickly felt her arm. Check. Okay. Okay. I'll do fine. "So, what exactly is this test?" She asked Nazh, still nervous. She was able to hide her nervousness for the most part. I hope there is no art stuff.
  13. "Hi. I am Tiaen Dekeliar, and I was hoping that I could join the university. I was told that I would have to speak to you to be admitted in." She said politely. She rolled the sphere between her forefinger and thumb.
  14. Tiaen absently brought her sphere out again. She did that when she was nervous. It's fine. Stay calm. I've got this.
  15. "You forgot to mention that I'm the only person who actually has any useful information on Wyrn, his armies, his weaknesses, and Sel in general." She said with a grin.
  16. She gaped when she saw the amount of stuff in the room. She quickly composed herself. "Wow." She said, almost speechless.
  17. "Well, I doubt I'm powerful enough to have teleported off world, and I know that the world I was living on does have a satellite system. I've been hacking into it for months." She said while building the GPS. "And even if not, that will get us closer to knowing where we are."
  18. "Yes." She said with a grin. "I'd need some bullets to soulcast, but yes." "And we've got this." She held out her soulcaster.
  19. "Why do you think I made those?" She pointed at the pile of weapons she had soulcasted earlier. "Aluminum is basically the anti-investiture." "It is nasty." She agreed. "And their bodies are all twisted." She thought for a moment, and then shrugged. "I think that the aluminum might be more effective. Or explosives. If I had more Ettmetal... But I'm not sure if I can soulcast godmetals."
  20. She smirked. "Oh please. I made this engine myself. It's much more advanced than your average engine. I added a few components that could help with diagnostic checks. I have exactly what I need."
