Wayne and Lopin serve similar roles but are just great characters.  Hard not to pick Kaladin or Dalinar, but so many side characters are really thought out.  Rock, Wit, Sil.  That’s way more than three

I would recommend reading Warbreaker; it's available on Brandon's website. Mistborn: Secret History reveals secrets.  

Thank you. And I’d probably go with Storm light but the variety of Allomancy and ferrochemy in the Wax and Wayne series of Mistborn is really fun to.

      Sam from Ohio here.  I’m 32 and have read all of the Stormlight books (actually listened not read and no extras yet), Mistborn with the wax and wayne, and Elantris so far.  Listening to Mistborn all over again right now.  Ive read a bit of everything and its hard to compare characters to anything Sanderson has done.  Looking forward to reading some threads.
