Don't forget we've seen a very special bond develop between Rysn and Chiri-Chiri. I don't think it's that much of a strech to say that chamsfiends can have similar bonds. In fact, Chiri-Chiri becoming more sentient/intelligent maybe have been foreshadowing this moment.

Wasn't it the sand from Taldain that Raboniel and Navani used in their experiments?

I think it will be interesting to see the duel play out in the first parts of the book, maybe even in the third part, and have Dalinar loose. From then on we could have the build-up to the most epic climax in the series.

Being a Bondsmith I guess she will find a way to make fabrials by binding willing spren, and not through the old methods.
Edit: Maybe between her and Dalinar we can see the rebirth of the deadeyes?

So, seems like Moash is now blind:
"But he couldn't see them. No matter how much Stormlight he was given, his eyes didn't recover. He was blind"
Why do you think this happened?

If Rabionel is Lady of Wishes, I am assuming that He Who Quiets used to be El's name. As it seems Vyre is part of that, then perhaps the Fused was named Vyrel, originally?
I got the impression that El and Raboniel where close, at least scholar colleagues. Maybe that's why Raboniel seemed to hate Moash? She does have plenty of other reasons tho...

We know that he is a scholar who was stripped both of his rhythms and of a certain title (maybe He Who Quiets or Voice of Lights). We also know he is scary AF.

I'm very curious to know what happened with the red/yellow eyes thing. "
“His eyes were glowing like a Radiant’s, his face a mask of pain and anguish, but the eyes … she swore the light had a yellowish-red cast to it. Like … like …”
I'm starting to think that during that brief moment of rage and pain, Kaladin had given himself to Odium, similar to Moash.
That is what happened. While talking to Taravangian, Odium says that he's angry because he had lost his champlion again. First Dalinar, then Stormblessed.

Isn't this exactly what the Fused wanted, to get the Bondsmith and Elsecaller out of the tower? It definitely makes you think that Taravangian is still working directly with the Fused.
I straight up interpreted that Taravangian approved the attack on Emul because Raboniel and the Fused ordered him try to take Dalinar and Jasnah off the tower.
PD: I don't know if you are from Argentina, but I like your name

If you’ll don your aluminum hat with me - isn’t it odd that Taravangian no longer requires aides and is, according to Navani, very lucid and present basically all the time now? Shouldn’t he still be having his “stupid” compassion days?
Nice catch! Your comment made me think that maybe it's Odium "filling" those intelligence "gaps".

I feel positively about it because I think that, through this job, he will grow in the direction he needs while being a surgeon. I do not think it will last. Not even to the end of this book. Like with him being forced out of battle, the feeling is positive although the situation is not the happiest. This book seems to be his upswing, so I belive he needs this in order to progress.

I think it would be nice to have "None" as an option. No offense intended.

The Rysn interlude will be from Chiri-Chiri's perspective.
I absolutely love this! And I think there's a good chance that is true, considering Brandon comments about it being a peculiar point of view.

3. I think the sibling is “slumbering” at the honor spren city in Shadesmar, and that Adolin and Shallan’s expedition to that place will accomplish 2 things: get the honor spren to commit, and the sibling to wake up and throw some skin in the game.
I love this idea!

Shallan or Veni. They are the only two front 5 flashback characters who haven't been on one.
WoK: Dalinar and Eshonai saluting across the chasm.
WoR: Kaladin and Szeth
OB: Jasnah (photobombed by a Thunderclast)
So far the cover has been from a big battle at the end. I'm going to guess Venli at Urithiru or Shallan at Lasting Integrity or Sterling Reputation or Perfect Attendance, one of those awful sounding Honorspren cities.
I always thought the WoK cover depicted the scene where Dalinar salutes Kaladin after he saves Bridge Four from listener archers.

Ah I see. I didn't know there was more beyond what the video showed, thanks
That's because it's not in the video. He had to clarify later in a Reddit post and in that night's livestream after he was bombarded with our confused questions

Ohhhh. I had not thought about this before. What a very interesting idea.
I wonder if her eyes only turn red when she is using/accessing her powers — then she would always have enough Stormlight to “cover them up” even if it was unconsciously. If they permanently turned red there are too many times that she doesn’t have Stormlight access that her red eyes would have been noticed.
It is also possible that she needs to progress further in her powers, or they would turn red in Shadesmar but not in the physical realm? But I don’t recall an eye color difference in OB at all. I doubt soul casting would be different from lightweaving — but it’s possible. I can’t imagine Hoid having red eyes.
Do we know for sure that Shallan’s mom saw Shallan with red eyes? I just finished re-reading WoR and don’t recall that at all. But I could have missed it.
What a great observation.
We don't know for sure. That was just that user's theory.

The eye colours change only happens in people who are Darkeyes, Lighteyes stay the same
So Kaladin's eyes glow blue & Lift's glow like clear pale glass but Shallan, Dalinar & Jasnah's eye colours will remain the same.
Wow, nice catch! I had never seen that WoB.

Hi! First time poster here!
For a time I have wondered why Shallan's eyes don't glow red. We know from WoB that when radiant's glow, whether through their skin or their eyes, they do so in the color corresponds to their order (source). My understanding is that order colors are the those of their associated gemstone. So Kaladin glows blue because windrunners are associated with sapphires. Renarin should glow green, since truthwatchers are linked to emeralds. Dalinar's glow should be yellow (heliodor), Szeth's gray (smokestone), and so on.
Lightweavers associated gemstone is garnet, which is red. We've seen one of Shallan's personas, Radiant, beraring a garnet colored shardplate:
Quote"Radiant, in glowing garnet Shardplate, tall, with braided hair". Oathbringer, page 1149.
So, why don't her eyes glow red?
In 2016 there was a post on this matter (which you can read here) where @Cortez theorized that she's been unconsciously hiding the red in her eyes since it was the reason for her mother trying to kill her (I don't know how to quote a comment :c). But beyond that I haven't found much explanation.
Do you have an idea about why this is?

When Dalinar grabs Oathbringer again, after Amaram's death, he says that it doesn't scream as much as before. The Stormfather tells him that it hates him less than it hates the others, that it remembers the oath he fulfilled with it.

Nobody's talking about the chasmfiend in the room

I have. Again, I don't know if that's what was being foreshadowed. But considering that both chamsfiends and lanceryns are native creatures that form bonds with spren, they may as well be able to form them with humans.
Dawnshard spoilers:
I did get the impression that Chiri-Chiri thought of the dead chamsfiends from the beach in Akinah as close to her kin. But that may be just me.
"It reminded her of the caparace of the dead ones she had seen in the homeland. Their hollow skull chitin, their gaping emptiness, so still and noiseless".
