    For Cross Country today, it was hill repeats. On a massive gravel hill at a steep angle.

    I'm injured, and was on a bike.

    It was not fun xD

    But! There were donuts afterward! So it was all worth it!

      I'm fine :P It's a stress reaction in my left foot (basically if I run on it it'll become a fracture) so it doesn't hurt. It's just biking up a steep long gravel hill is really. really. hard.

      Old fashioned. They were good!
