That is true, but people like this would probably be very careful as they would worry about their lives with the speed they are going at. One question I have is how fast could a steelrunner go while still being able to see and identify what is going on around them. They are unable to store mental speed, so would they just move really fast and not be able to see or identify anything?

True they would probably slow or even stop before they shoot people. Still that would be very scary.

This was hard for me to answer because multiple answers were accurate for me, but I got coinshot, but the house one was hard for me to answer.

One that would be scary is a twinborn that can burn steel and could store speed making them a compounder. If they did this they would be able to store speed then burn it to use 10x the speed. IF they stored enough speed then it would look like they are teleporting and then with extra steel in their system they could shoot coins. Imagine a person moving fast enough to bypass most defense then shooting coins at people at insane speeds.
