From the album: Lego WoK
Made from Legos. I tried to find the best pieces to match the characters, but some of them are a little wierd. -
Alright, Some random person with too many questions, what solution do you propose?
-
Who's calling?
-
Lets try that. Unfortunately, we're out of stormlight, but I have some matches here. *match striking sound affect* Well, I guess we don't have a Stick for a patient anymore. Our next patient is a Sanderfan who just finished reading RoW and is now suffering from withdrawal. (unless someone wants to figure out how to get the last patient back)
-
Okay Shenanigans! What do you suggest we do for the patient who is now a stick?
-
Hello! Who's calling (or is Shenanigans your name)?

Why can't anyone see Renarin's future
Kings_way replied to The Kings Raven's topic in Cosmere Discussion
I think it is a case of seer vs seer, like when to Allomancers burn Atium. (also, completely a side tangent but why does Preservation have the letters Ati in it?) The strength and skill of the seer doesn't really matter, because when someone else is seeing the future, it changes. I don't think Odium could see what Renarin does because of his visions, because that would change both of their futures, and change what visions Renarin sees. Though the diagram doesn't use fortune, it still attempts to predict the future. If the Diagram predicts something Renarin will do and takes action on it, Renarin would see changes to the future and know not to do it. Taravangian knows that Renarin can change his actions, so he can't figure out his future. Basically, this is another case of seer vs seer, but the diagram only saw into the future once. The seer vs seer stuff isn't a property of investiture or fortune, it just naturally happens because of the information the parties have. -
We need to plan it first. I think @Ookla the Stick is going to make a PM for planning, but you don't need to plan if you just want to RP.

Or maybe the monster under you bed is a cat.

Long Game 72: The Secret of Shinovar
Kings_way replied to Ashbringer's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Someone has probably said this already, or I'm missing something, but why would a village save Connie? There's no way for a village to be certain of her alignment. If it were me, I would just let RNG take it's course instead of using my stormlight. I think it's most likely that she was protected by an elim, because there is also no way for the elims to have known Danex was the Truthless. The elims might have wanted to cause confusion, so this doesn't mean she's an elim for sure, but I think an elim saved her.- 1329 replies

Yeah, don't give the blades to one person. Even if somehow you are 100% sure they are Vil (which I don't know how that would happen, because the Shaman can't use the Honorblades, but maybe secrets) if they die, you've lost the control you have.- 1329 replies

I don't know how Danex could have communicated to someone, but it would be in the elim's best interest to kill the Truthless, so they can kill the shaman.- 1329 replies

Good for Danex but... now the Stone Shaman is unprotected. If I were Gears, I would have kept claiming elim, but changing strategies doesn't really mean much, now that he has gotten elim (I'm sure Gears intended that).- 1329 replies

So yeah. Exactly what the thread is called. I'm afraid of going onto the rest of the shard (other than the community section) in fear of spoilers, and I know there has to be someone else who doesn't have ROW yet. This is a place for us to be sad together, and have spoiler free discussion. (Also for people who do have ROW to flex on us).
