Mike sat, lost in thought for a moment. Well, it's now or never, I guess. He shifts slightly so he can look Erin in the eyes. "Uhm...Erin...can I ask you a question?"

Elsie arrived at the shelter. She saw someone nearby the shelter as well as another tribute in the foliage nearby. They seemed to be watching the other tribute as well. She decides to wait a while to see what the others do and to not make any more noise.
