    Klave caught the knife, stepping back into the hallway. "Who is there? Show yourself."

    Klave walked past the two brothers and opened the door to Tacien's room, peering inside.

    Klave followed them inside, making sure to give them space.

    Klave followed slowly, glancing briefly at Tacien.

    Ravelast: Sixth Archive Gateway Nameless nodded, sitting down next to Insa. "That's alright. Rue handled things fine without you. I'm just glad the wolves didn't attack you while you were frozen." @InfiniteInsanity

    Ravelast: Sixth Archive Gateway Nameless looked up as Insa approached, removing his hand from Bookwyrm's forehead. "I finished delving them. No injuries that I could find. Are you all right? Couldn't see what happened to you through the flames. @InfiniteInsanity

    Klave folded his arms, continuing to watch Tacien carefully. "Your words are convincing. But I'm afraid that I will not be convinced by words."

    "I am concerned for him, as I have told you several times. Am I not supposed to be concerned for a child like Tacien? Who shows obvious signs of trauma? Whose brother shows up with no explanation as to how he found him, with a story that could be false?"

    Klave studied the child, trying to read his expression. "I do not know. It is a place where many odd people seem to gather."

    "Tacien does not have to follow if he does not want to." Klave offered Tacien a gloved hand. "I am more than happy to wait outside with him."

    Klave looked around carefully. "I think I'll wait."

    The flames died, and the group was now standing in another place, at the location the brother had indicated. "Sorry about that Tacien. I should've warned you first."

    Klave nodded, pulling a flask from his pocket. Pulling the lid off, he poured out a strange liquid in a circle around himself and the others, then poured a drop onto the map at the indicated location. Upon doing so, the liquid burst into flames. "We'll be there soon."

    "Tacien, you drew a map earlier, right? Do you still have it?"

    "Excellent. You can point it out on a map?"

    "Right. You know where your house is?"

    "Hm. So there's no room for three?"

    Klave shrugged. "I assume you have some method of transportation."

    "I've known him since earlier this day, and I have the right of a man concerned for the wellbeing of a scared little child." Klave narrowed his eye. "Why do you care if I come? Scared at what I'll see?"

    "Well then, I'm sure you won't mind if I accompany you home?" Klave smiled grotesquely. "To make certain he's safe, and well-cared for."

    Klave nodded, hands relaxing to his sides. "Where is home? And what has he been through?"

    "I saw it. And I see that the boy is afraid. Put him down." Klave put his hands together as if to take off one of his gloves. "Now, please."
