    Where did you come across my shard metal? Only @Truthless of ShinovarShinovar and @Feruchemical Bowser who I admit I forgot about because he hasn't used it in a while(been storing all this time) have it.

    The only way to win is to tap more victory than anyone else the only way to tap victory is to have the right metal. That metal is booknerdium and I have all of it(except that statue of @Truthless of ShinovarShinovar several pages back)

    Two problems with that. 1. Shardplate is often talked about as much better than regular plate. 2. The horses of Mistborn era 1's time would be closer to the older and slower horses of the past not the speed demons we have today, and on top of that Era 1 Scandrial was really low oxygen, further limiting the maximum size and speed of a horse.

    You know what screw my battle of storms idea, this is what I want to see. I agree(and should have put it in the original post) that there is some more manipulation in live plate.

    I didn't even think about that it was quite literally a question I had no answer to, so I say we helped each other there. Some three years and I finally have the answer.

    You mean that the letter 'u' phonetically stands for dozens of sounds some of which are not vowels. And good job I've gotten a lot of people with that question and none have given a satisfactory answer.

    So with RoW coming soon, and this thread slowing down due to the long wait time, I thought I'd make this, what are your theories on what live plate can do? Mine is that it can function without Stormlight, similar to how blades can be summoned without gems and instantly.

    Summon plate when a coin is coming, if the Mistborn charges draw Stormlight. Just like you would for regular plate. Assuming live plate needs Stormlight, which I doubt as live blades don't need gems.

    Shallan by far hands down. Well, uh, his thoughts are similar to mine at one point in my life so....... I'll try not to be too offended.

    And? Stormlight use at level 5 should be on par with that. All you have to do is block coin attacks, if they come for the eyes all you have to do is draw Stormlight, and then a Shardblade goes through their spine and it's game over.

    And the Mistborn has to constantly use metal to use your second point which invalidates your first. While even static plate is still an almost impenetrable sheild.
