  1. Like in my original post where I voted?
  2. After reading through TJ Shade's post, I think Im going to switch my vote to Ventyl . Shade made some really, really great points and I have to admit I don't have any very good reasons to vote for Shade at this point.
  3. I’m not sure how I feel about the changes to Shan. I liked how in the book Vin became obsessed with Elend, when she was supposed to be focused on other things. I do approve of Ham being a woman though. He is a good character to change for that role, and I think it makes a lot of sense.
  4. I’m assuming you planned it?
  5. Vapor and Mist... nice combo.
  6. Been trying to sort through Mat’s posts to see if their is any clue. None so far, but maybe someone who is more experienced could catch something.
  7. Maybe, TJ is a elim, and the people saying he’s cleared are other elims, tricking us.
  8. I just still find him off, even if pyro was a villager. I mean, I’ll probably change my vote later on, but I don’t see how clearing pyro is supposed to at least somewhat clear TJ. I also didn’t like how quickly it felt like they got on the Pyro party.
  9. In my defense, er... I didn't see it.
  10. Alright, I'm putting my vote down immediately for TJ Shade _________________________________________ When Feather came into the shop with a basket of clothes that some person had needed for some scam or another, she was disappointed to see that Pyromancer had been killed, getting blood all over that suit she had spent hours stitching! The least they could have done was take off that jacket before they started beating him up. If that wasn't bad enough, Mat was dead too. He had been one of the few people to keep her clothes in pristine condition, and she had even taught him how to sew up holes! At least he had the sense to carefully fold the jacket before being killed. If they were going to act like noblemen, they couldn't do it in those skas clothing, but at the rate they were going through her selection, she'd have to start putting them in dresses! Feather dropped off the freshly laundered coats in their usual place, disappointed to see that a light ash fall had dusted one on the top. At least she had put Lady Amalia's dress at the bottom. She pulled it out with a sign of relief, seeing that it was still clean. She needed to stay in the hideout for a while because the crew leader had said he had needed her for something special, whatever that meant, but she needed to get the embroidery on this dress, because Lady Amalia had said that she needed it for one of the upcoming balls! So, Feather settled down in the cleanest corner she could find and began to carefully embroider the hem with neat strokes.
  11. Sorry, but what do people mean when talking about a person ‘flipping village’
  12. I think I’m going to stick with my vote on TJ. He jumped on last rounds bandwagon a little quick then I think was appropriate. Because I’ve never played this before, I’m not sure, but I am very vin-like with my instincts, so I’m going for him. It’s interesting that Pyro seems to be encouraging people to vote on him, because while at first glance seems like a good Elim strategy, really isn’t with the number of votes he has on him already. I still think Straw’s behavior is suspicious, but I think that a lot of people have made some good points on why he was acting that way.
  13. I just don't really get how knowing Pyro's alignment will get us TJ's. So, for know, I think that I will vote on TJ, although I will have to think about it more.
  14. Yes, which is understandable. But it felt like a little too much...
  15. I’m a little suspicious of Straw, just because they seemed to be a little too opposed to people doing random voting. It seemed like maybe they were covering up suspicious by drawing suspicion to people who were randomly voting. As for the fact that we are in the Mistborn world after all... - Feather wasn’t really upset at the news that Pelran had died. The man was polite, but always got ash all over the suits she carefully made. Although, maybe that dang crew leader would use him as an excuse to not get her pay on time. Just because her businesses had been declining didn’t mean she would stand for late pay! Still, as she opened up the door to the hideout, she worried. And not just about the dress she needed to work on for Lady Amalia. She could, of course, escape from the city, although that would mean leaving her clientele behind. As a merchant, she normally didn’t worry much about the troubles that plagued the lower skaa. But it worried her.
  16. @Gears Oh thank you. Sorry, this is my first time.
  17. Rolled a random generator and it said 4, so I guess Straw is my pick. Also, thanks TJ shade for tagging, I just didn’t see this before.
  18. Ok, thank you so much for explaining! I guess I’ll be Feather then. Perhaps a semi-well known Skaa merchant?
  19. Quick Question (Sorry, this is my first time) I see a lot of people putting names or characters down. Is that something we’re supposed to do?
  20. Agreed. I’d love some Scadrial. or, even better, if he could write a bit of The Rithmatist #2...
  21. Thank you!
  22. I’d like to join, although just warning I’ve never played before.
  23. So a few years ago I began reading the WOT, but I hated Rand with such a burning passion that by the 7th book I was just reading about the other characters. Then, I just quit it entirely. Now, bored out of my mind I need a book to read and I have returned, but don’t remember much about the first 8 books, and do not want to read them again. would anyone be willing to give me a short summary so I can finally finish the series?
