    Allivia threw a rude gesture Wendy's way --------- When Ivian was let in, whispers arose from the medical staff and Nico perked up. "Perked up" of course was used loosely. He looked like Mal, messy hair, tired brown eyes, an unusually despondant expression, and a bloody bandage wrapped around his bare torso.

    "Yes. I picked the job, of course I love it."

    Nico tapped the sheets nervously. He was glad to see Allivia get what was coming to her, but the idea of her under the Raven's knife made him more than a bit uncomfortable. This wasn't what he'd wanted. Not what he'd wanted at all. Fischer probably thought he was doing something good by sending Allivia to that fate, but... Oh, what could Nico even do about it but hate himself? He tried to take deep breaths, but the feeling of his stitches stretching with each intake of air was uncomfortable, so he breathed more shallowly and closed his eyes. Maybe he could get in a nap before Ivian came. Ivian. Nico needed to talk to him. He had to know the truth. He should have known the truth ages ago, but Nico had been a coward. No more. No more of that.

    "Oh! He says he'd like to see you, sir." "Well, yes, but I just... Someone was just sent here. And I... Well, since I just lost my job, I haven't had anyone to.... Yes?"

    "A woman named Allivia, sir. She was just arrested by the Praetorium Guard and sent to the general's dungeons. Saw it go down myself."

    "It's your attendant, sir. Kimby. He was stabbed last night. He's in sick bay now. Thought you might want to know."

    A guard ran to inform Ivian that his attendant was in the hospital wing. "Uh, sir?" he said. @Channelknight Fadran ----------------- Riva was crocheting by the window when she saw the cart roll in. She strained her neck to peer down at the prisoner in the barred carriage and found herself growing excited. There were prisoners here. Prisoners... she could work on? She ran down to Caden's room and let herself in. "Caden! I didn't know you had dungeons!"

    Allivia braced herself to be hit, but when she wasn't, she growled like the dog she was.

    "Don't touch me, you rotten bastard!" "Oi!" Nicolae growled, sitting up. It hurt like Mal, but he didn't care. "'at's my best friend righ' there, 'Livia, you be nice."

    "You're... You wouldn't...." Allivia was pale. "You wouldn't send me to the Raven!"

    Her face fell. "Castle... wait. Isn't that where..."

    Allivia hissed. "I'll get out one day," she promised.

    Nico glared while Allivia just stood there staring at the cuffs. "Good riddance," said the tall attendant.

    Prompt 2; Suit, featuring Silver from Starchild. For those of you who don't know him, Silver, or Lucky Silver, is @The Ward's Guard's character and the love interest of my character Pearl. He has not appeared in any RPs here on the Shard, but he's close to my heart. Silver's weakness is that he's incurably lazy, so it's significant he's wearing a suit; Star practically had to force him into it. Because, "If you're going to date my daughter, you had better look up to it." I had a ton of fun drawing this one and I think it turned out infinitely better than my last one. Be back on Wednesday with prompt 3! (PS: This is my 8,000'th post!)

    Mav’s smile hadn’t left his face. “I will be back.”

    “You worship the stars, do you? Well, this whole time you’ve been wrong; you should have been worshipping the darkness around them.”

    Forge hissed at Ivian. “The throne is my birthright.”

    Maverick chuckled. “So you believe you’re undeserving?”

    “To overthrow the undeserving.”

    “I suggest you let me get that sword, Ivian.”

    Maverick held out his hand and the shadows seemed to deepen. Then, his fingertips lit with a green fire.

    “Would you like proof of His divinity though me?”

    “I was visited by a messenger. Awoken to the truth.”
