I'm going to read IDWTKY again with the others so I can get the full trilogy back to back, just to get a better sense of continuity. LotR and War of Souls (which Dragons of a Fallen Sun is the first book of) are my chapter-a-day books, since they're effing LONG. I'm going to finish off the last Percy Jackson book tonight. This is the only series that's in the reread that I don't actually have any books of (except Servant of a Dark God, which was a victim of opportunity), since I'd read all but the last one and wanted to finish it. I might read Sorceror's Stone again (maybe) when I get to reading the series FO REALZ. I'm also reading the sequel to The Meq, called Time Dancers, then after that I'll read the third one, which I haven't read yet and am REALLY EXCITED FOR. There are Soviet Spies! *squee!*

Whoops, forgot to respond to that. Yeah, that sort of ability would be fine. For the Glorious Sunburst, I'd say it would make a sort of pseudo-path between two of the ends, so that being in one would give you access to the amalgam. In the case of a Gated Fuser, I'd say that it would require going back to baseline and then into the second Form.

Kel-see-ay isn't nearly as cool as Kel-seer. I pronounce Sarene as Saer-een. Kinda like Sarah.

I tried to click the link they put up for the site to see what the frell is up with that, and it didn't work. Then I read the part that said the site hasn't launched yet. OH. Really, males? Do we want this? "Builds self-esteem"? Bull!

I agree, but the worldbuilding really is it's strength to me. The characters were good, but nothing spectacular on that front. Pacing was great, plotting was great, characters were great. Just a great movie overall.

I watched the one on instant watch, which I'm pretty sure is the not-extended one. You can tell you have a bulky movie when the SHORT version is three hours long. lol But I was impressed, it was really good. I felt like the stuff they got rid of was a good call. (why Tom Bombadil exists is a conundrum that I doubt will ever be answered) And I actually teared up at the end. Good stuff.
