Arun might as well have been asleep for all the good her eyes and ears did. After the pain of getting the glass out of her leg her brain just shut of sensory input in order to try and shut out more pain. The first thing Arun notices after coming out of the shell is that she’s been moved. “Uh. What’s happening?” She asks.
