Cinder steps into the room. Without even looking at Shae he starts speaking, “you have contributed much to our cause, and though, originally, it was against your will I would like to see you join us. Before you answer, I have something to show you.” He nods and the lights dim. A screen descends from the ceiling and a video starts playing. It shows the meeting from the perspective of a security camera. In the video Shae is unconscious, Cinder and Dan appear to be in the middle of a conversation. “From you I want something very simple.” Cinder says, “I want you to go home, act like nothings wrong. Then, after three days I want you to tell your high priest that Shae has gone missing, and that’s it. No mention of us or this meeting.” "No" “That is your only option.” Cinder says, “if you do I will return Shae safe and most likely unharmed, if you don’t you forfeit his life.” "What are you going to do to him?" Dan asks. “If you play your part, nothing. If you don’t, quite a lot.” "I don't believe that," Dan says. He picks Shae up. "I'm going to give you two options here. You can tell me what you're going to do to him, or I can kill him." He squeezes his claws around Shae's throat. The video ends. “You can replay that if you wish,” he sets down a remote, “I’ll let you think about it.” He steps out of the room again. @ShadowLord_Lith @Sherlock Holmes (you can't actually respons, but I want yout to know what's happening)

Ashlyn takes her phone out of her pocket and tosses it to the edge, so its no longer in danger of getting wet, a stubborn light in her eyes, "alright, lets see how long this lasts."

Ashlyn tentativly takes his hand, though she keeps her smile, "if you drop me in the water and get my clothes wet I will never forgive you."

Yes, all young Animancers do. I have managed to fully contain mine to my blade however. Cenna shivers, remebering some of the things the voices said.

Cenna jumps, it had been a while sense she'd heard a voice in her head. This one seems nicer than the other ones had been however. Other people where responding so she figured she should to. "I heard something. It sounded distinctly blue."

Ashlyn chuckles, "I bet. Though from what I've seen you can make up for it with... a lot of things, I just realized I don't actually know what any of the magic powers you have are."

"Food, I can help with that. If you tell me where some is stored and you don't mind stealing that is." Cenna says, she hadn't tried shadow-traveling sense she got here but she should still have enough souls to do it.

"Seriously, I barely got to eat any food." Ashlyn says, a real smile touching her face, the first after last night. "If we're being honest though, I'm kind of glad it happened. Without it I don't know if I would have ever learned about... all this. I'm still not sure what to call it."

Cenna hops from tree branch to tree branch, trying to find some sort of landmark that might tell her where she is. She stops when she hears voices and starts moving silently toward it, still in the tops of the trees. When she nears the source she drops to the ground, she’s found people become startled and suspicious when you drop down next to them. Walking the rest of the way she steps out of the trees into their little clearing, “Hello! I’m Cenna, what’s your name!”

Alright everyone. I'm going to be taking a semi brake from the shard, so my RP response time will be getting kinda long. I will only get on once or twice a day, and I will be prioritizing RP's (I made a list, no you cannot see the list cause I don't actually have a list).
