It is - for example, Intensity the deity could make a tsunami hitting feel like a light rain, while someone with the Intensity instinct could, at most, maybe survive a small explosion. However, while their power level isn't as high, they still have as much diversity in their power as the god or goddess.

I was thinking they'd mostly try to be inconspicuous, but that could change over the course of things if you want. Family's N/A, you can have a separate weapon if you want to. I assume you mean she looks 23, not that she is 23? Other than that, it looks fine! Sounds great! The Cahaya stuff works.
