I believe I remember hearing that Hoid is in a deleted scene that was read from at one of the earlier signings. And I've no doubt that Hoid is a major player in one/some of the books/series.

of course he is, he's a total creeper for Metallic Arts

And it seems The Rithmatist is out next June maybe

Indeed, and I'm sorry for seeming like I was targeting you Kurk, it was more for Link's benefit

The game is not advertised as being available on a Nintendo console. The newest Nintendo console, the Wii U, is set to come out this November.
how would they, a 'new' and 'undiscovered' creators, get ahold of a Wii U devkit. If they're developing a 'serious' game, why would they even think about Nintendo? and how would a serious Mistborn game even work on a Wii-style console? If they've developed it to use motion control then the controls are either gimiky, or risk making multiplatform unbalanced due to the differences in interfacing, or they've spent 90% of their time trying to make a balanced motion control system rather than a good game (which I doubt, since Brandon seems to like them).
And I concur, the LEGO franchise seem to be pretty good

Just so you know, you guys are not helping me to resist the temptation to stage a coup and take over this place... I keep trying to tell you I'm a power hungry psychopath, but you're response is consistently, "Let's give Matt MORE power." It's like your ASKING to be ousted.
I'd love to see you try and oust Eric, considering the amount of spikes he'll have control of now

It's called the Admin Control Panel, up at the top. I'll show you around tomorrow. Well, as long as you can stand all the blood...
I often wonder what happens to the majority of our 2000 members

Very well deserved spikes all around
Congrats to you all.0 -
indeed, happiness (and spikes) in abundance

It'll still run out eventually. Especially if they start applying allomancy to industrial applications, and also the standard industrial revolution of their world will surely reduce the supply and increase demand (much like metal is getting more and more expensive here on Earth)

... I can't say I would mind much being spiked and gaining a full share of Hemalurgical abilities as a result.
you dont want to be spiked where I got spiked,

And plushies would be awesome, I'm a plushie addict. You could even sell them by two prices: the 'normal one' and the 'charity nun' one - hell, don't take the name serously! Take the second one implies a... let's say, $3 donation. It's not the same going specifficaly to donate somethin, which has you making a positive decision... than saying: 'well, I don't mind giving these awesome guys a couple more bucks so later Chaos can ban me at his heart's content'.
more like spike you...they're all very much into spiking people XD

I wouldnt mind ads, if only because I have adblock+...
I like the idea of premium membership, but agree that there's little that you could premiumize. And there's always the elitisim that comes with being in the 'upper echelons' of websociety XD
I'd definitely might buy merchandising, and am always up for donating what I can.

Interesting to note Galladon being the Dula, since WoK takes place centuries after Elantris. It does say in Elantris that Elantrians were 'immortal, or at least nearly so.' Perhaps the 'nearly so' bit is more about mental breakdown than anything physical. Just imagine the mental fortitude it must take to survive for a century or more as everyone around you dies or goes to the pool.
it depends, could just forget most of it, or fortitude might be provided by the Dor. Malazan is full of old people lol...
