Whether or not nightblood can damage a vessel is one question, And that depends on whether or not you can get to a perpendicularity, But Brandon has specifically said that Nightblood cannot splinter a shard. The power that Rayse, or Odium uses to splinter shards must be far more horrific, and/or powerful. I imagine that wielding Nightblood through the essence of Perservation and Ruin, before Sazed took them, would basically do nothing to the essence of the Shard.

@ElephantEarwax Seeing as I am from Scadrial, and not Nalthis, I am unfamiliar with how to pass my breath to others. I could help you by describing something in vivid detail when it is really far away though. I'm sure Hoid could tell me how, but I haven't personally seen him or any other worldhoppers since the catacendre. @Aurora the Rioter I am relatively familiar with the cosmere, but I haven't read any of his other books yet. My favorite book would have to be Way of Kings. The rest of the Stormlight archive would be up there too.

So with the release of Oathbringer, I think we might have been wrong regarding aluminum. WARNING: Oathbringer spoilers might be below, but I don't know how to hide them, so I am just putting them below

So I was going through Characters in the stormlight archive, to see what else I could learn about various of them, and I didn't find Amaram. Did I just miss him, or was he overlooked? I am willing to help contribute to making a page for him, but I just wanted to check before I did so.
