I forgot about shards having two actions and between discussions with other players, I thought I had deduced the most likely shards to have stayed and invested in Yolen. But I was definitely way too premature in that assumption. -
What’s interesting about Weasel claiming that kill is that they’re self proclaimed to be in Ruin and Devotion’s faction, not Odium’s.

So you attacked me, or someone in your faction did? Well, that’s comforting to know that someone is trying to kill me. I’m more likely to want you lynched now since you have shown yourself to be killing other factions. Any reason we shouldn’t lynch you?

Sorry, let me clarify. I was just postulating a question to consider. Yes you have just been returned. That in no way negates your faction’s plans and motives. The you in that statement was meant to refer to your faction as a whole and isn’t something I believe but something I wanted to consider. I don’t want to offend you, but being Returned isn’t going to work as an excuse any longer. Thank you for removing your vote. You can still think I’m Hoid if you wish. I’m about finished debating the point. Um no? The lynch on me was that people thought I was Hoid and thought that Hoid might have the power to steal shards, not the other way around. I’m definitely not Kelsier either. Well, concerning that, we already proved that I made some logical information leaps and assumptions that ended up being based less in fact than I originally thought, thus negating my statements. If I was right, it was almost entirely luck then. Since then I’ve reread the rules multiples of times and no longer think I know where any Shards are.

I would much appreciate further suspicions explained. As far as I’ve ever seen or heard of, Hoid isn’t the eliminator, can’t kill, and doesn’t steal shards. Not sure how any of these would even fit the potential Hoid possibility. The “odd power” I have is that I took two actions once. Wow. There’s game mechanics for that. Surprise! I don’t have to have a hidden secret nefarious role to do that. Honestly, Nazh worries me more because we know he exists and we don’t know if he’s got a win con that is compatible with others. Even if there is a Hoid in this game, I’d probably be open to work with him. Hoid has never come across to me as an evil force, so if you’re so opposed to him, maybe the evil force is you.

Can anyone provide any actual reason why they think this? So far it’s a whole lot of, “well, if there were a special role, then maybe this hypothetical role would have this hypothetical ability and this one person did something that isn’t exactly normal so maybe they’re the one with this hypothetical role and ability.” If it’s just faction war, fine, but say so instead of making up weird reasons.

The problem with being in contact with Khriss is that Khriss died. Meerkat rarely posted much, so unless there were PMs they had with others, Iguana was one of the only ones to know who she was and thus, I believe, influenced her death.

Iguana. You were one of the few players who knew Khriss’s identity, you’ve admitted such in a PM. I’m suspicious you influenced her death.

They sound pretty close to what Hoid and Khriss did in other games. I haven’t played all these shard games so I’m not sure. I wish I was Hoid, that’d be some fun roleplay

I first thought this was Lion because of the white avatar when I scrolled past and I was super confused why he was voting for himself with no explanation. Unfortunate typo. But of these two targets, I’m going to have to go with Lion. Sorry I just see less reason to lynch Crocodile. Dingo.

Gotcha. I think one of the biggest reasons for that lynch right now, if I understand right, is that he’s the only candidate so far that has a real chance of dying if the lynch happens. Weasel and I have both claimed that we’ll survive. The lynch also brought up Crcoodile for the same, but opposite reason. I’d rather not lynch Crocodile, but I’m not sure what I think either. Edit: @Mint Heron What do you think?

Um wow. I thought the swing to Lion was abrupt and interesting. I’d have to say this is more so. So that concerns me. First, I don’t hold a Shard. So the keep shards intact thing doesn’t apply. Go ahead and try to invest in me if you think I’m a Shard. Second, I’m not entirely willing to reveal the circumstances behind what happened. But I’d like to encourage you not to lynch something that’s unknown just for the sake of being unknown. Remember the almost lynch on Toucan? Didn’t support the theory then, don’t support it now. If you’d like to contact me privately, I may be willing to share more details. I consider myself a friendly party to any faction willing to work with me, but I’m not going to make myself a completely open target in the thread.

Not my intent at all. Just pick one or two you’d like to lynch was my question. I do not mean to make enemies. My answer would be Odium. With a second of Dominion maybe. Those would be the two I’d lynch if I had information on. Just curious to see if the kill roles are what people want to get rid of or what
