Great Idea! I'm currently in the middle of a reread (finished WoR last night) and think that there's so much to theorize about. I think there is definitely going to be a major character's death (true death that is). I know that Brandon said that one of the main scenes in all of SA is in this book and I can't wait to see what it actually is. I have no theories at all though about it, though I would love to see Odium make an appearance. I think more Oaths will be made so we can get more INCREDIBLE Radiant scenes like in WoR and OB. I really hope Wit starts meddling a bit more. I know it isn't really his MO, but I want him dropping more Cosmere knowledge on us. And he's just an incredible character - the best version of Hoid so far. I'm also VERY interested in what the Obsidian prism/building/structure/thing is that is pictured in the RoW cover art. It looks very spooky and therefore very interesting. I think it's a given that we learn more about Shadesmar and the nature of Spren in RoW too. AH We're SOOOOOOO Close. Worst part is, once RoW gets released, I'll probably finish it in a few weeks and then patiently wait another three years haha.

I am 2/3rds of the way through my SA reread right now, so I have been avoiding all RoW stuff like the plague. But once I finish rereading OB, I'll probably read one preview chapter a day since it'll be close enough to the release date that there won't be that much of a gap. I 100% agree though. I forget a lot when I don't consistently read, especially with an epic such as SA. For my reread I've forced myself to read at least 40 pages a day, so I am uncovering so much more in my reread than I did when I originally read the SA.

Strangely enough, I have always pictured Shardplate as a crystalline armor that glows. I know that this isn't how it is described and stuff, but that's just where my mind went originally I guess. Shardblades, on the other hand, I pictured as more translucent, huge swords similar to some of the ones the rest of y'all have described.

I just re-read Words of Radiance and I'm starting to reread Oathbringer today in preparation for Rhythm of War... I think I hated Sadeas more in my first read-through, but I've grown to hate Amaram so much more. Sadeas is at least blunt about his wanting to undermine Dalinar at every step. Amaram is just a smug Lighteyes who thinks he can get away with anything and everything. After reading WoR again, Moash is probably up there too though. I also wasn't a big fan of Adolin and his treatment of Kaladin until the middle of WoR when Shallan shows up in the warcamps. I think that Shallan is a perfect foil for Adolin and forces him to experience humility for the first time in his life.

So with Nightblood being in Oathbringer and now being in the possession of Szeth, what does that mean for the planned sequel to Warbreaker? The main thing that I'm wondering is how Nightblood got to Roshar as the sword was still on Nalthis at the end of Warbreaker. Is Nightblood the book going to be the story of how the sword landed in Szeth's hands? The continuity piece here is quite interesting. Since Nightblood didn't really say much to Szeth about how he got there, I just wonder the whole story behind that. Blackwatch Double Stomp...

Although I love allomancy since I started with Mistborn, Surgebinding has to be the most mysterious. There's a lot known about allomancy and not much about Surgebinding so I guess that's why I find it so cool

I'm Chris, and started reading Sanderson and the Cosmere only a few years back on the fantastic recommendation from a bunch of my friends. It was one of the greatest recommendations I have ever received. I am currently catching up on Stomlight, so I can read Oathbringer before it gets spoiled! After fully caught up with everything Sanderson has written so far, I am looking forward to immersing myself in whatever crazy theories all of you have out there about the Cosmere. I'm down for it!!!
