Well, sounds reasonable. It’s a common scenario that The Big Evil Guys failed because they had their enemy underestimated.

Other than the mental issue of Heralds, I’m wondering why Nin (Nalan) had so much trouble hunting down Lift? IMHO, even Szeth (before reborn) could finish Lift easily, couldn’t he? And it seems that Nin is some levels higher than Szeth (Herald > > Radiant Knight), he should’ve killed Lift without any difficulty. Any clue?
