  1. Isn't AonDor of Dominion?
  2. The significance of 10 in the Cosmere is there are 10 Sharworlds.
  3. Pulses are cause by the PoC being filtered/focused through a shape whether Aon Metal Molecules or Cut Gems. Anyone with knowledge of Cymatics would better understad what I tried to explain.
  4. Hmm. You might be on too something big. Nadris is dead after the Desolation so he may be one of the Ten Fools. Using his seed to bring life in Herald touched rocks could involve use of Dawnshards in order to Bind the Voidish magic with Herald magic. Herald Touched Stone could be necessary in the manufacturing of Parshendi so they can't be reclaimed by Odium. Maybe I'm generating ideas based off of nothing. Regardless, I love your theory.
  5. I have a theory concerning this problem. I believe Shards are some kind of Aether. Aethers have only appeared once, in Liar of Partinel sample chapters. What I Know About Aethers Existed Pre-Shattering. Need a host. Grant hosts abilities. Have their own thoughts (not unlike Nightblood)but share host's mind. Aethers have a sense for other aethers. They also lose strength when transferred from one host to the next. My Assumptions Aethers consist of a Mind/Intent and a Spirit/Power without a Physical Body. We will discover Shards behave much like aethers. Hoid has an aether Aethers may be able to fuel any power in the Cosmere.
  6. Even so that may not exclude the possibility that Aons may have something bigger to tell us about Shards and the Cosmere
  7. I was thinking about a Brandon quote I can't find (when i can i'll add it). The quote sort of explained if Ruin would give off an Allomatic Pulse and why. Basically Brandon answered: yes Ruin will give an Allomatic Pulse because Allomatic Pulses are like sound waves made on the Fabric of the Universe when the Power of creation is being used. Preservation and Ruin have unique rhythms and I wonder if other Shards have their own sound. If so each Shard would have their own Pitch and Hue like in Warbreaker. Another thought I had was maybe a Shard's Allomatic Rhythm could correspond to an Allomatic Metal's Allomatic Pulse.
  8. Can a magic system "powered" by a single Shard have multiple foci?
  9. Has Brandon based this magic system off of quantum mechanics?
  10. Waxillium Is the First To Die. His Limited Abilities Made Him An Easy Target For Kelsier, Who's Own Capabilities Out Match Wax's Any Day. Szeth Is Taken Out By Kelsier Also, Blinded By Emotional Allomancy then Shot With A Couple Coins. Dalinar Ultimate defeats Kels. His Armour Blocking The Allomancy From Directly Effecting Him, or Withstanding Any Indirect Attacks. Kels Eventually Gives Up and Is Slaughtered by The Blackthorn
  11. This quote prompted my thinking "Why would Szeth's Honor and Punishment as Truthless conflict on the subject of Voidbringers?" Then my mind went crazy and began to pull ideas from the Aether to form this theory: The Stone Shamans don't want to acknowledge Voidbringers. Maybe Szeth spoke out against the stone shamanistic belief betraying his people's culture. He was punished for this. This also lead me to assume Szeth's devotion to Honoring the Truth about Voidbringers is the source of his surgebinding powers. He could well be bound to a TruthSpren and all he has to do to gain greater Surgebinding powers is tell the truth.
  12. I've Been Lurking On 17th Shard For Years and Finally Decided To Have Some Input On The Theories I've Studied So Intently. Hello and, as Prince of Theories, I Hope To Make Great Contributions To The Forum Community.
