Septimus let the emotions wash over him. His fear, his shame, his insecurities. They meant nothing. All they did was bolster him. He was who he was because of the mistakes, because of the struggle, because of the Journey. He liquefied the waffle iron and batter, freeing them. He glided on waves of rock towards Rhazien. He grew rock spires up to crash into Rhazien, meanwhile battering him with the Honorblade he had taken. There was only one emotion. Determination. He would not let this man leave.

Septimus stood, drained. No Steel left. No stormlight. His spren hummed to Resolve. Suddenly, the rhythm became words. " You know what you must say." It was a light, female voice. He turned to where a coppery woman stood, and elegant dress flowing without any wind. She turned to him. " It's the Journey that matters, you must find your own..." Septimus stumbled forward, determined. " I... I will walk the path that others cannot..." His spren smiled. He breathed in, Stormlight flooding in from those who fought around him. He phased in front of Rhazien. " If you're going anywhere, you're going through me..."

Septimus sighed, throwing up a wall of rock to block the stream of fire. " I'm sorry Mac, I need to keep him alive." Septimus looked around at the carnage and the fights still occurring around him. He looked at Mac, smiled, and teleported away, Rhazien in tow.

Septimus formed rock around his fist smashing it into Rhaziens helmet, shattering it. Septimus didn't want to kill Rhazien, not yet, but he would humiliate him. He formed more rock around his knee, slamming it upward multiple times shattering the shardplate more and causing major discomfort. Septimus formed an fist and punched Rhazien.

I don't care about the change, but that was a lot of fuss to make over a word.

Septimus grinned. There was his opening. It didn't matter how much investiture the Honorblade or anything else he held had, they couldn't ignore basic forces. Septimus pulled out a fabrial, his metal attractor and ripped the Honorblade from Rhazien, and pulling Rhazien in his shardplate towards him.

Septimus was becoming more serious. He could use some help from Soul or Nei'en. If they were going to play dirty, so would he. He compounded Zinc and tapped Steel. He could only maintain this for about 5 seconds. Time to him had slowed down as both his mind and body raced. He ran towards Rhazien and slammed a spike through, breaking the Shardplate. He launched a volley of arrows at him, and then time began to flow normally. Rhazien wasn't dead, stormlight would allow that, but Septimus didn't need to finish the job yet. Rhazien deserved a little pain, the cocky, arrogant, selfish Rusting man he was. Storms he had started to hate him.

Septimus growled. He threw Rhazien to the ground trapping him in rock, and formed a knife out of rock in the ground. He cut the rope and quickly sealed it in rock, trapping it on the ground. He stomped sending up spikes of rock, which Septimus then kicked at Akrasia. Septimus sunk Akrasia in to the ground, making escape impossible

Septimus ignored Lopen's shenanigans apologized to Mace for the crack in the fourth wall, and continued to pretend Rhazien was a punching bag.

Septimus sighed, stomping the ground. This sent pillars of rock upwards, launching Voidus, Akrasia, and Rhazien away. Septimus followed the latter. He needed to vent. He began to dash around Rhazien, punching him repeatedly in the face then dodging to the side with steel.

Septimus reformed the spikes into one large one and launched it back at Rhazien. “ Powers mean nothing if you can’t for Storming once Rhazien think.” Septimus strode up to the man. “ Any attack you make I can dodge, any assault you begin I can push back. There is no power in the investiture, it’s what you make it. If you’re feeling so bold, then try me...”
