  1. You mean these? Not individualised, a start though. Perhaps I will have to do it Interestingly he provides 3 sets of symbols: set 1, lookslike the bottom symbols from my post before set 2, lookslike the top symbols, but with fifferent brush strokes (Peter said the top ones were were from the Well of Ascension) and set 3 is different again. Theyaren't they heamolurgy symbols are they? Or are they the ancient ones Joe ST mentioned. (there was a thread going around before sepeculating on heumalurgic symbols, I likedhte ideaof htem as a grid, indicating, abstractly where particular spikes should go) Joe ST, you said you had some of the symbols already? can you upload them? Any image editor to break big images into a number of little ones (just cut and paste. Paint would probably do (might even be easiest) Then Inkscape, using the "Trace Bitmap" feature to convert them to SVG
  2. I'm sure I've seen the symbols in SVG form somewhere. Does anyone have them in individualised SVG form? I could always vector trace the images I have here and break them up, if I can't find them. I'm looking to make them into a font and then use them as part of my Alloy of Law fan-suppliment for Crafty Games Mistborn RPG
  3. It was from the orange of this that I took the colour for rail roads. Why didn't I think to use inkscape! I'ld been feeling the want for vector stuff the whole time I was working on it. I think my original logic was that I wouldn't beable to load the original map to trace. (since it is rasier) I have done the stuff all in different layers. The perfectionist in me is going to see me not work on this again til i can recreate a vector format... This was always my plan. (that is why I didn't care about tracing over the city names) This is not relivant to me. I'm coloring the map so players can use it as a reference in an RPG. I may add latitudes and longitudes (or radius and angle from elandrel, heheheh inacutacy for the roughs), and names for every dot
  4. So I'm workingon a fan suppliment for the Mistborn AdventureGameRPG, by CraftyGames. (BecasueI can'twaitthe -24 months before the real suplimentcomes out). On of the things I felt I needed was a more readable map. So I've highlighted towns rivers and rail roads. (Sorry about the terrible compression... it's comming straing from my WIP xcf, at worst compression possible) vs original: What do people think? The only person i showed it to doesn't think the color helps at all, but i think it's great. Also does anyone have an idea what the two symbols for town mean? Like at first i thought: Big =city, small = town But that puts alot of places in the roughs as cities
  5. That was a joke. It seems a little off to me the Kandra having a network of humans. Though I guess the Obligators are the govenors of all contracts.
  6. So we know that the Kandra take Atrium in payment for a contract. Presumably a larger ammount of atrium lets you contract there services for a longer amount of time. But can anyone find any references to how you meet up with the Kandra to set up the contract? I remember Kesler, in the first book, saying he'ld spend the last of there Atrium on TenSoons contract, but I can't remember ever reading how you start one. All i can think of is wandering around the Mists carrying Atrium, and being all "Here Kandra Kandra Kandra, got a nice been of Atrium for you..."
