  2. *Wins after just having woken up."
  3. What do you mean the food was for everyone? What’s the worst thing to say when your friend asks to borrow a book?
  4. Followed by my win.
  5. "I told you Fox. I am not going anywhere." I gaze coolly at the commanding presence. " You must be of the darkness that has plagued Fox. Begone, your power is broken."
  6. My slumber evaporates as clouds on a hot day. After what seems like only a moment I awake. All of the damage that has been done to me is still present as signs of my sins. However, I don't find it in myself to care. I grab the knife my shoulder and toss it away. I think of all those who are counting on me. I cannot fail them. I will not fail them. Fox hold on just a bit longer. My attacker moves to finish me of, but when is kick comes I am ready. I gather every ounce of speed in my body and roll out of the way as the kick comes. Before he can try another I stagger to my feet. "I failed you Meutir. I taught you. but failed to guide you. Would that I could take you place I would." He rushes me, but I side step him my body beginning to glow again. "I should have been banished that day you were like my son and I abandoned you." He swings wildly I catch his arm as my woulds begin to heal. I push him away. "I said nothing when they sentenced you. However, I have learned much since then. Know this if it can be undone I will see it done. There are others like you. Others whom I have named blood. Others to whom bonds have been made or will yet be made." The pain lingers, but the wounds heal. My light fills the chamber and pushes back the dark. Meutir stops and stares. "How?" "I am guilty Meutir. Go now and rest my son, my brother, my student, and my friend. Return and soon we will meet again." Meutir nods a gleam of defiance in his eyes as he fades away. My light reveals an empty amorphous room whose shape is constantly shifting. An unconventional mindscape. but one nonetheless. Hold on Fox. I am coming. I use every bit of speed that my light offers to find one of the amorphous chamber walls. I touch it and begin to will it into the shape of a door. Two can play this game Winter. I was a master of this realm before most sentient life took shape. Subtly, slowly, carefully, I create a door. My will transforms the space into the object of my desire. Space becomes meaningless. I command the door to open as I do I pull on the bond connecting me to Fox. In a flash the room is gone and I stand in another. Before me stands Winter, Mordred, Fox. and others whom I don't recognize. I step fully into the room and seal the door behind me with a thought. "Winter I told you that we were not done. Let her go. I am who you desire most. I told you that I would be here for you Fox." @KyL
  7. What is your catch phrase? Knowledge equals power.
  8. Approximately 4 minutes I'd say.
  9. I stare fearfully into the violet eyes filled with violent intent. "By the ancient gods...." My words strangle me as a pair of heavy blows crash into my sternum. I stagger back. Tears of pain fill my eyes as all of the air flies from my lungs. I try to catch my breath, but a blow to my head drops me to the ground before I can. "How dare you swear by those condemned dead? If I could kill them all again I would. I'll just have to settle to you." The shadowed figure begins to glow with an unnaturally cold light and his features are revealed. A man whose youthful face is scarred by hate stands in the light. His garments consist of a tunic of furs a leather belt that cinches it shut and sandals. Wild black hair spills down to his shoulders and his lean body is coiled as a serpent moments before it lunges. He takes a step forward, draws his right foot back, and delivers a vicious kick to Nathrangking's ribs. I cry out as the sharp kick hammers my ribs. I attempt to roll out of the way, but I'm caught by an even more violent blow. My lungs burn and sweat pours down my face as my ribs and torso are set on fire. Words are forgotten a haze swallows me as my attacker curses at me. His words are lost to me as my agony grows. Then it stops. I lay on the ground in a whimpering heap shallow breaths expanding my broken ribs. Silence greets me as my gasping becomes unbearably loud. An eternity passes in a moment. "Why?" That is all that I can manage. My strength is gone. I can speak no more. Kill me get it over with. "Why? Do you deny your crimes? Have you forgotten? Let me me help you remember." Rough hands calloused by many destructive acts grab Nathrangking's hair and yank his head upward. "Get up!" A bestial roar tears at his ears. Knives of white hot flames rip at me as I am forced to my feet. A golden dagger appears before my eyes. I tremble and try to run, but I cannot move. The dagger splits my shoulder. I start to fade. Darkness closes in to take me. A blow to my face draws me back from the edge. "Why did you leave me to a judgement of crimes for which you are to blame? Why did you not stop them?" He twists the dagger in Nath's shoulder eliciting a whimper which brings a smile to the face of his torturer. "You allowed them to condemn me for your lack of instruction." His hand releases the knife, draws back, and strikes Nath's face with a crack. "Will you admit your crime? No? I hoped that you wouldn't." My attacker releases me and I slide to the ground in a heap. There is nothing left in me. I cannot breathe. Everything is gone. No words can form on my lips. I wait for the cold to drag me away. Moments stretch on, but my agony does not end. "Do you want to know what you did to me? This is what you did. Admit your crimes and then go to the grave that should have been your home long ago." In a flash I am standing before a semi circle of of elaborate thrones. Upon them sit men, women, and various anthropomorphic beings whose power cause all realities to tremble. A young man dressed in a tunic of animal furs stands beside me. An aged woman rises and all goes still. Her entire being gives off a power which threatens to destroy all that it comes into contact with. "Meutir you stand accused of having laid waste to the realms of 10,000 elders of this council for this you are banished into the void until time does cease. Begone." She waves her hand. A wave of silver fire consumes him in an instant. I can feel the heat draw tears to my eyes. I return to the darkness and the agony. I think of all those that I have lost. The millennia pass by in a flash. Eons are a moment. When the present arrives time freezes. Despite the fire that burns within me I feel nothing. I think of Fox, Fadran, Vapor, and the others. I have failed so many including my torturer. I will fail my friends no more. From the depths comes a single sentence. Three words which stop everything in place. "I am guilty." I can sense my attacker pause. Before I can say anything else I collapse into blissful slumber.

  14. Better than an abnormal Sunday I'd say.
  15. Slow. Not much in the way of birthday wishes though I did get an unintended birthday gift which is better than nothing. How is your birthday going?
