Quick Fix Game 27: Lord of the Lynches: Terror in Minas Tirith
Sony replied to Elenion's topic in Sanderson Elimination
I believe it did seem a little odd, yes. In the last cycle, you removed your vote on Manukos, but now you've voted for him again. (I'm pretty sure that's a vote, even though the color looks a little orange to me ) Why did you remove your vote last cycle? @Roadwalker Can you explain why you did a 180 on the possibility of a WGG? I'm a little suspicious of Jondesu right now due to the fact that his only post last cycle was to defend Manukos, which @Megasif and @queensteph pointed out. I think it's too early for me to put up a possible lynch vote, so I'm going to wait until later on in the cycle if I think someone should be lynched. Also, @Elbereth I believe that the cycle ends at 5:15 EST and 3:15 MST, rather than 3:15 EST and 1:15 MST, unless I'm wrong. -
Hmm.. I haven't played a LG before.. but, I've heard that your games are fun. So, sign me up Sony signing up as Sony. No spider Lenny this time.

Quick Fix Game 27: Lord of the Lynches: Terror in Minas Tirith
Sony replied to Elenion's topic in Sanderson Elimination
@Roadwalker Ah, sorry about that. It seems like my last statement was correct, I definitely missed that. And ah, okay. I'll remember the white text thing next time. @queensteph The cycle ends in 1 hour and 33 minutes. Elenion said he moved it since it was easier for him. -

@randuir Oh! I didn't see the "Known roles" part. Thanks. That does make it seem like that the possibility of secret roles being in the game more likely. @Orlok Tsubodai Ah, you are right. I was just assuming that the secret roles would be part of an evil faction, and that was a bad assumption on my part. Also, a serial killer role? What have those done in the past? Another thing, can you explain what the case is for lynching Steeldancer? I'm not sure I follow. Yes Straw, I does seem that way Maybe the more "Tasty's" indicates that Alv agrees with that statement more than the other ones? -

Sony replied to Elenion's topic in Sanderson Elimination
@Orlok Tsubodai It seemed to me that they mentioned the existence of secret roles as if they knew it was part of the game. From my understanding, secret roles are roles that we don't know about before the game starts. So, from what I've seen, there hasn't been any evidence of secret roles besides the speculation that there is a jester role. It just seems like they have information on secret roles that they're hiding. Plus, they made their last comment on Alv invisible unless you highlight it. It just seemed a little suspicious to me. -

Hey, sorry I’m a little late, but here’s my thoughts on a couple of things. Alvron: I don’t see much talk on this, but is it possible that he’s being forced to talk like this? It seems possible to me that there’s an item that could have corrupted him in some way and makes him talk like this (I’m going to list some potential items at the end of this post.) I’d argue that “Man and yet not man,’ is Alv’s way of saying that he believes that Steeldancer is an eliminator or part of some third faction (While I don’t think that there is a third faction in this game, there is a chance that there is one.) I’d also like to point out that it could be just his playstyle. Maybe some of the more experienced players could comment on that, since this is only my first game playing with him. Manukos: It does seem odd that you just caused distraction and confusion, but I did smile at your little encryption within the text. I would like to point out here that saying that you’re not an eliminator doesn't mean that you're not an eliminator. It sort of makes you more suspicious in my eyes. Roadwalker: You mention secret roles; however, I have seen no indication of secret roles in this game. Can you explain what you mean by this? Also, while I do agree with you there is a possibility that he's talking like this due to his role or an item, why did you make this text invisible? I am leaning towards either lynching Roadwalker or Manukos right now, albeit that these are only minor suspicions. Roadwalker since that they said there are secret roles, but I haven’t seen any indication of that. Although, I honestly could have just missed something. Manukos since he just caused a distraction and confusion, and he said that he isn't an eliminator (which I feel like an eliminator would say.) Those are all my thoughts right now, but hopefully I’ll be able to comment more throughout the day before the cycle ends. Possible items list: Evenstar - The necklace Arwen gives Aragorn. Although this seems more like a “Lovers” type of item, Elenion could have set it up where the Elven magic within the necklace could protect a person from being attacked (I.e in Orlok’s case, although I do admit that is a stretch.) Narya - Gandalf’s ring. From what I’ve looked up about this ring, it seems like it can shield the wielder from “prying eyes.” From that use of the ring, it could make the person invisible from the Lieutenant of Mordor scan and/or the Palantir of Minas Tirith (Although, that can’t be used anymore.) Andúril - The sword used by Aragorn. From what I remember, this sword made the people who lived in the mountains whom Aragorn’s ancestors betrayed fight for Gondor. My guess is that this item would be used to either bring someone back from the dead (far-fetched theory) or just as a one-time use to protect them. There are a bunch of other famous items in LotR (There are soooo many rings) but those are just three items that I think could be in the game. -

@Orlok Tsubodai I don't really have much to add. It's clear that there's at least two Politicians. If what Lemon claims is true, then either the other Politician who voted did the same thing as Lemon did (picking a random person), or they wanted DA dead. I'm leaning towards the second option, since I don't think two people would randomly pick someone to lynch in the first cycle. On another note, I'm still very curious about the pipe weed item. Is it wrong to assume that there's probably other items in this game? @Alvron Do you like PO-TA-TOES? -

Wow.. my laptop decided to restart while I was writing a message. Sorry for not posting more, I've had classes all week, but one more class and it's the weekend! (Yay ) I saw that Randuir tagged Sami, but also @Megasif - Please post or you'll die from inactivity Hmm.. I'm curious about what the "pipe-weed" item could've done. I believe that @King Cole has the power to send a message in the write-ups since the scribe role has that action, right? Unless I'm misunderstanding the role. -

@Straw I wouldn't lynch yourself right now, there's really no point in doing so. It would be better if we all worked together and tried to solve what's going on. -

Alright... there's only a couple of people that could of killed Stick. @TheMightyLopen you do look somewhat suspicious since Stick did try to lynch you before changing her mind, and then she died. Has @Rebecca answered your PM? -

@Elbereth Hero needs to be crossed out on that list I really do have nothing, so.. sorry Julio -
Quick Fix Game 26: Stop the Madness
Sony replied to firstRainbowRose's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Well, Julio is going to get lynched since I don't think Lemon will post in time before the cycle ends. We could lynch some other inactive and see what happens if there's a tie in the lynch vote or we can just lynch Julio. -

@_Stick_ I'm pretty sure Lopen is not the elim. He told me early on that he was the teacher before mentioning it in one of the middle cycles. Plus he said he cannot vote until he has a moment of clarity, which he hasn't done the entire game. -
Quick Fix Game 26: Stop the Madness
Sony replied to firstRainbowRose's topic in Sanderson Elimination
@_Stick_ someone seems lynch happy There are so many inactives in this game, and I think that whomever the elim is, they're not inactive. Also, I find it a little suspicious that both Hero and Aman both wanted the scapegoat to get the doll, any chance that's how the elims win? OR there could be no elims at all, and we just have no idea what's happening. xD -
Quick Fix Game 26: Stop the Madness
Sony replied to firstRainbowRose's topic in Sanderson Elimination
After reading some of the earlier cycles, I'm a little suspicious of Aman. He votes to lynch himself in the first cycle, but doesn't really give a reason besides "just because." Then he doesn't die when there was no lynch, even though that's supposedly how the scapegoat role dies. (Yes, I know Wilson could have just said the wrong information or was lying about the role.... but that still doesn't make Aman not suspicious.) Finally, nothing happens to him when his lover dies? I assume something would happen... Although, Rebecca not answering Lopen's PM is interesting... I'm not voting yet, just spouting out some of my opinions. I want to hear what others think. -

@_Stick_ I think Bard has a long forum post on his impressions of the game so far on page 12 of the entire game thread It seems like one of the Lovers is killed now, correct? -

Well, some people who are still alive still have their names crossed out. Any chance that the first 5 names not being crossed out is a clue? -

Well... I assume I'm still alive right? Must just be some kind of mistake. Might as well try to lynch the doll holder. Seonid
