Except it's not Brisbourne, it's Brisbane. Which has been taken. I need some more sleep... Edit: Nobody's written about it yet though, so I'm not sure it's deal. I'll see tomorrow.

Well if nobody steps up... My basic outline is somebody is in charge, then two Epics take control of it but don't kill the old leader. Firstly, Phase: Primary: If he touches a person or Epic, they fade away to nothing. Nobody knows what happens to them, and they don't return. Touching clothes doesn't work, it must be bare skin. Secondary: Very limited power on travelling through objects. (He can't travel through living things, he loses any possessions on him excluding clothes, and it has a cooldown). Passive: Slightly enhanced strength and speed, just a tad faster than the average person. Tsunami: Primary: She can summon waves up to 70 feet and control them, but once they've reached the target, it subsides. Acts like a normal freak wave (oxymoron?). Secondary: Can draw moisture and generally control it. Passive: Can breathe underwater. I'm hoping to eventually have a whole table of natural disaster - esque Epics (Tornado, Avalanche, Earrthquake etc.)

I feel like I'm missing something. The Wastelands is talked about a fair bit but I've never looked into it. Does it have its own thread. Or is it just a world inside a world? I'm useless sometimes

Totally: Primary: Can create absolutely anything he wants to. Very OP. Passive: Such a rad surfer dude (good at surfing, world class is what I'm showing here).

Sway: Primary Power: Anybody he targets will believe anything he says. Passive: Enhanced balance. Ok, I may have to go now. Not sure about time zones but it'd 9:30 here in England and I've got to be up in a couple of hours to go to the airport. I hope they have Wi-Fi in Malta!

Dang it. You have me. Narcissism: Primary: Everyone in a 17 mile radius drops what they're doing and stares at him / looks in the general direction of him in utter awe. Secondary: Makes pools of water reflect a beauty when he looks at them. Yeah, he didn't last very long.

Giggles: Primary Power: Makes people have an irresistible urge to laugh, potentially rendering them useless. Giggles can mentally choose how much they laugh. No no no I really shouldn't.

Secondary: Once people see him in a good enough light, he can control them. Passive: Aura of Amazingness.

Ok, I have one for the Fire Epic: Epic Name: Blaze Real Name: Jenny Thompson Primary Power: Can ignite anything inflammable enough, causing it to erupt into flame. Secondary Power: She has the ability to project a weird gas she's dubbed 'Blaze Fuel'. A single spark can cause a chain reaction inside the gas that creates a powerful heat wave. Only she can ignite it, however. Passive Power: Grows a protective shield/layer over her body when near fire, or when there is about to be fire (cognitive-ish) Weakness: Canals, apparently. The Reckoners killed her by leading her to a canal. If Blaze is close enough to a canal, her powers dim. If the protective shield does not form, she will ultimately kill herself if she uses her powers. Background: Before Calamity, she was seen as somewhat sociopathic. She once attempted to burn down a school, but was caught and sent to a mental help facility. Her Rending was.... less than pleasant.

Checkmate: Primary Power: Has a sort of sixth sense. Can know every possible action route and can then choose the one that ends with him being victorious. Secondary Power: Knows a person's inner secrets (not their weakness) and, due to his nature, will bribe. Passive Power: Ultimate grandmaster champion of the world at chess.
