  1. I certainly hope he doesn't give it to a freaking herald, since they're all insane jerks (except my man Taln) because we all know how great another Naln would be for the world... No way will he give it to one of treacherous slimes! Gah! Much better to leave it to someone who isn't a traitor to mankind
  2. damnation! Then in this case I hope they give it to one of the bridgemen
  3. Well yeah, but I would still hold that these are our prime antagonists.. if not villains
  4. Lol to be completely fair, no one ever said he'd duel wield it with Syl so I hold on to the judgement that this post is original Also The Lopen is a fantastic canidate to have The Sword, and honestly who wouldn't read the interlude chapter called The Lopen and the Sword.
  5. @thegatorgirl00 Interesting! But shouldn't they be Peers as well? That seems like a common theme too.. And every secret society member of the ghostbloods we've seen (alive) So I don't think we've seen hers yet
  6. @Weltall We all know what you mean by awesomeness Can you imagine a certain thief lashing an entire table of food towards her mouth?!
  7. @Chull #445 I am not sure about the secret society peeps since most are I hate to say it but Adolin as her villain maybe (sorry @maxal lol) Though his motives don't align. Perhaps it is Renarin.. but I need more evidence! Curse my lack of WoB knowledge!
  8. @Extesian It'd be cool if it reduced Stormlight needed as well as increased physique so Kal could hold his breath longer thus compounding the bang for his buck. Id love to see a flying wind(running)mill of death lol
  9. An idea I'm sure can't be original but now that Kaladin has an honorblade AND a spren will we see him duel wield with a sword and spear, because that would make me squee at the commencing bad*ssery *burns a thousand glyphwards in prayer for this to the great Brandon Sanderson*
  10. Diabolical because what if Renarin is the "traitor among them" that Taravangian spoke of and Glys is actually a void spren incognito
  11. I actually think that the Truthwatcher spren used to be a part of Odium but seceded to Cultivation or Honor That explains the healing, and the futuretelling
  12. What a philosopher! damnation! That specia forces comparison kicked chull.
  13. @Zennix I am certain that it has a special place at the bottom for your own post
  14. So if Dustbringers don't act with very much morals or very much honor is it possible that before Odium went fully bad... (Assuming there was such a time in his existence) He contributed to the KR? Like the Elsecallers, Dustbringers, but no... because Tanavast gave the honorblades to men. Which confuses me on why Cultivationspren sought to replicate a gift of Honor. Strong allies perhaps? Could their be a righteous anger spren that represents the Dustbringers? A Furyspren, or would that inherently be of Odium and thus a voidspren....but we know I'd love to see a D&D type alignment for each of the Radiants I imagine Skybreakers would fall into Lawful evil. Honorspren might be Chaotic good lol.. As for the various Order's interpretation of the first Ideal, I think you're onto something, but I do you think Szeth will be able to execute unlawful people? Or will he bound by a literal interpretation of the first ideal. Also, who's Szeth's spren?! Now I am officially rambling...
  15. @NamelessThirteenth I QUEUE that joke as the lowest among low. (Oh god I can't stop)
  16. Do you think that being an actual monarch makes you vulnerable to Odium? Elhokar, Gavilar, Aesudan, Taravangian have all made decisions that hurt the KR and aid or speed along the Last desolation.
  17. @maxal Firstly, Kaladin killed Heleran not murdered and also the fact that Adolin murdered Sadeas during war makes it worse not better. Killing an officer in war is a death sentence so if he gets caught he will have to run away because Dalinar and Elbokar will HAVE to execute him for killing a high prince. Keep in mind I like Adolin I just have a strong feeling that this is going to blow back in terrible ways upon him (Short replies cuz I'm at work lol)
  18. I'm interested to see if there are more morally gray ideals of other Radiant Orders
  19. I'm not sure the whole Will let the spren come to life.. life before death
  20. @bleeder Crushing heralds in between his pinky toes perhaps?
  21. @bleeder Well in the case of Taln we have 4500 years of torture rather than just becoming insane on his own. Stonewardens were "fiercely loyal and dependable" with his current mental state I'd say not so dependable and once he learns that the other 9 heralds betrayed him and their oaths after he becomes lucid. I'd say he might develop some anger issues.
  22. @AerionBFIILol..... *Shudders at that face both in revulsion and shame, knowing he himself made it at that part in the book*
  23. Hmmmm, the weird artifabrian also goes against this. No solid evidence except for relation to Nightblood. Maybe Szeth is now a Rosharan returned, needing stormlight every day to stay alive, and if he uses the sword too much its lights out (lol literally).
  24. @Argent Hmm I didn't think so because the fools aren't the opposite of each herald they're each examples of ignorance, not necessarily malicious traits such as the heralds (except Taln) have now. Also I think their insanities are against the ideals of the orders. Dividing men, corrupting justice, destroying art and spreading (the bad kind of) lies
  25. @Krandacth As it was you who granted my wish I shall not exact vengeance by saying wish granted, but you are now in a coma, enjoy nothingness. That would be totally uncool.
