I was in a thread and saw someone make a crack about Ruin messing with Ebooks of WoR. This got me thinking... would Ruin be able to modify the data on a hard drive or a solid state disk? My thought is that He would be able to modify a SSD, but not a hard drive. This is because a SSD is made of semiconductors, which would be iffy metals, but a Hard rive would be a solid no, as it is made of metal. Discuss.

Harmony is probably turning the unbalanced Ruin into atium, and then giving that to Marsh, to keep him alive as his emissary for 300+ years through compounding.

I've had the thought that Odium was able to overcome and splinter other shards because he hadn't Invested in any one place, meaning that he has more, if only slightly, power than other shards. However, if he came against a being wielding multiple shards, he may have more problems. While Sazed is more Invested in Scadrial than most shards, he also has the power of two shards, neither of which would much like being splintered. Unless Odium has access to more power than two shards, he may have a bad time if he attacks Scadrial. Just as an aside, if Ati had been a meaner fellow, like Rayse, and not invested in Scadrial, would he have gone on a Splintering rampage like Odium?

I think what I will do is have two lists, one by topic, one by alphabetical.

Some interesting points to make: coins being shot by an Allomancer would deform like a bullet, and probably burn up like a meteor, but much faster due to the increasing force; Soulcasting doesn't have to directly affect the Mistborn to be terrifying, ie. turn their clothes to stone (or into air, and let them die of embarrassment); and once a coin that has been shot has hit your Shardplate, the Mistborn will go flying, because Shardplate is heavy. (It's only light because of the strength it adds.) (and I'm not even going to mention the preemptive and morphing nature of live Shardblades as shown in Kaladin v. Szeth fight.)

I'm not sure about the full resurrection of a shard blade, but I notice that Adolin has an emotional attachment to his sword. One of his pre-duel rituals is "Talked to your sword?" "A whole conversation." This might lead to his bonded spren knowing a lot about him, due to his conversations with his sword.
