This from the High Chief Lurker? I think the cloud lynch makes sense, he has a few sentences that really trigger my bogey-sense, but I am not sure why.

Yeah, ok. So Phil told me I am an Arelon Villager. ARELON. Not just villager, a Selish villager, so I am thinking maybe we will be in different planets as well. Maybe the splintering of different shards?

Weston's voice in his head guided him through the process of choosing a body. Sometimes, the voices in Silver Feather's head proved to be useful. Weston had grown up in the same little unnamed prairie village that Silver had, but had disappeared for twenty years and came back seventy years older. Silver had shot him, for he had tried to turn them in to the lawmen. For some reason, the old world-hopper had slithered into Silver's mind. Now he gave, deep, advanced advice. This is the cognitive realm. This is Sel. You fool. Sometimes I wonder why I put up with you. Over there. Did you see that? Sometimes he blended in with the other voices. I'm dead. I'm dead. I'm dead. Who am I? Who are you? and th, e ever present Oh, Light! Illenya! Sometimes Silver forgot who he was. It did not concern him overly much, he had his rifle and he could shoot the eye out of a blowfly at five hundred feet. His reformation was almost over. Thank the light. An image of his body appeared before him. He added feathers, a tail, beak, wings, crest, and scaly four toed legs. Perfect. He shrank the size down to about three feet tall. Perfect. A massive roadrunner appeared sitting at the side of the shardpool. He stretched. He picked up a revolver, unwavering, in one powerful leg. He shot Mr. Hooded Cloak in the face. Nothing happened. What a shame. He hid his gun-belt and tried to look just like a native bird enjoying his day, hoping nobody here was a Selish biologist. (266 words) Ok, so what is the difference between an Arelon Villager and a vanilla villager? You sound like someone who has a trap for potential thieves, or just wanting to be robbed. I will jump behind Orlok for now, and vote on Manukos, but this is more of a poke vote.

No because whoever has the Ruin role (or the equivalent) can change wills, and I can only give the cipher to people I trust, so the elims who read it or ruin who reads it won't see the true message, only the people I trust. @Ecthelion III Is there Ruin in this game, or not? The sentence "wills aren't written in metal" tells us that there is a shard, right? Can you tell us this much?

Gunfire. Screams. Smoke. A man who took a shotgun to the face and lived. Ladrian. Silver Feather's gang. His men. Where were his men? Coyote, One-Eye, Red Jack, Granite Bill, the half koloss. The twins. Ladrian. Ladrian had killed Silver Feather. Burn the man. He had tracked the gang across the length of the roughs. Ladrian would die. OOOH he would die. But first, Silver Feather had to un-die. Silver preened his tail. One nice thing about the cognitive realm, he had a tail. People in the physical realm had called him mad. He had ripped out their eyes and shot them. This looked nothing like the roughs. What a shame. He was a roadrunner, though. He bounded across the weird grey land to where he saw Lucky Duke sitting with some other spirits. Phil spoke. Phil sounded exactly like the other thirty insane voices in his head. Too bad. Silver received a little carved gemstone. He was no magpie, but he kept it any way. Silver knew now that there was a way out. He would take that way out of this pit. In the meantime, why not practice his aim with a mental gun? If he could make one here... (200 or over)

Welcome to the shard! Stay away from cookies, they are hazardous to your health! Have an upvote! From your description, you will probably jump right to the theorizing, in which case I recommend you to The Knights Theoretic, and the Cosmere Theories. You are a obviously a sanderfan, in which case I recommend you to The Knights Awkward and You Know You're a Sanderfan When... (Which is really fun.) If you like intrigue, and think you can fool me, you should really play Sanderson Elimination, which is our version of Werewolf or Mafia. Have fun!

Mid-Range Game 23: A Desperate Alliance
Sparkrunner replied to Seonid's topic in Sanderson Elimination
***** Arbol sighed, watching one of his inventions, the battery, explode as his lightning struck it. Maybe he had added too much clay. Or possibly too much black powder. The last three inventions he had made using black powder had exploded too. He had begun to doubt his friend, who told him that black powder made a wonderful conductive. What a shame. Speaking of his recent inventions, he turned to survey the thing-that-is-like-a-human-carriage-but-moves-the-wheels-by-means-of-a-contained-pressure-applied-to-a-rotary-piston, or TTILAHCBMTWBMOACPATARP, or car. So far, it did not work. It would work so much easier if Arbol could use his Stormform lightning to power the combustion, but that was a big no-no with all the Alethi around. The tendency to explode was too much of a problem. Arbol yawned and stretched. He was sleeping in his car. He had woken to the sound of something moving around the car. There was a soft crack, then another. Then another. Then another. Arbol's tape-recorder device started playing ominous music. Arbol slapped it. What had that crack been? He looked out the window. His chalks had all been cut to pieces. Someone shoved the car from behind. Arbol closed his eyes tightly, hoping that in a Wile E. Coyote moment, he would not fall unless he looked down. Unfortunately, Arbol had not yet invented moving picture entertainment, and so he fell to his death. What a shame. His red spren left him as he fell.- 733 replies
